  1. Bali was under a lot of stress; his father suddenly had been killed and he read the list of crimes he committed against those of the higher order of vampires. While his siblings cried Bali decided to put his feelings on the anvil.
  2.
  3. His father had planned to make something powerful, but he didn't live to see the creation. Bali would honor his father by leaving a legacy which their family could cling to for generations to come.
  4.
  5. Bali placed Kalypso, Keeper Of The Northern Wind on the table; he was tasked with merging swords, but he had a new goal in mind. He took his hammer from his toolbelt and began striking down on the weapon.
  6.
  7. With each strike a shadowy figure appeared behind Bali; he manifested his feelings into a clone of himself. They both continued striking at the battle until it was nothing short of its former self.
  8.
  9. The remains were placed over a hot flame to be smelted down into something more moldable. Bali needed to start from the ground up; he needed to create something his father would be proud of.
  10.
  11. The clone watched over the blade to ensure they didn’t mess anything up by over boiling the remains. Bali himself created a mold for the new weapon; he decided to make his own part of the process. He placed his weapon in the center of the old.
  12.
  13. Once Kalypso fully smelted down he poured the remains into the mold, Bali began to sweat from the immense heat. Once the metal settled he grabbed his tongs to pick up the blade and dipped it in the water. Steam covered his work station. Bali brought the weapon to the anvil and began to strike it with his hammer, and his clone followed suit.
  14.
  15. They hammered the blade until the edges were round; he brought the blade to his grindstone, pushing his foot on the pedal. The blade touched the grindstone, and sparks began to fly. Bali didn't look away; he focused on making the weapon sharp.
  16.
  17. After about twenty minutes of sharpening the blade; he brought it over to the anvil once again. He began to strike at the weapon to make it flat and less bulky in appearance.
  18. (Balimund Tsuki)
