Dear Hayden,

I would like to enquire about my Senior Officer Application because of the multiple failed atempts is leading me to see that this community and/or Police Department would not benifit from me being higher up in the police hierarchy. I'm losing my resilience with this and if the next one i post ends up in the unsucessful from i will formally stop applying for Senior Officer unless recommended by a supervisor. I am also slightly upset that i am lead to believe that i am being denied due to the tone of voice i carry. It is not my fault that i dont have a deeper voice but i would love that if im online no officers make fun of my voice because personally i think it is unfair. It makes me sound like im 5 trying to be a proffesional cop. Right i would like to get to the point, i would like to equire why i have been denied when i have done everything possible to get in. I have patrolled with a variety of supervisors and have put more effort into my application. If you could i would like you to have a look at what i can do and change your mind and to answer my question. If not i would only like to know why i have been denied.
