There could be multiple whispers you can have such as

1. Whistle of Strength - Grants player strength 2 for 10 minutes and Intimidates selected players in a 10 block radius with slowness and blindness at

2. Whistle of Agility - Grants the player Speed 2 for 10 minutes and makes every weapon attack 25-50% faster

3. Whistle of Creation - Grants the player Regeneration 2 for 1 minute and allows the player to a healing ring granting regeneration 2 to allies, does not stack with 1st ability

4. Whistle of Water - Allows players to gain Dolphins Grace and water breathing as soon as they enter water , and you can lock players in a water bubble in the air for 10 seconds drowning them for the 10 seconds.

5. Whistle of Smiting - Allows players to summon a ring of lightning around them for 10 seconds that grants resistance 3 for 30 seconds and can also smite the player infront of them giving them weakness 2 for 10 seconds

6. Whistle of Necromancy - Allows player to summon up to 4 zombies that will fight for you and have resistance 2 and strength 2 to ensure that they aren't too underpowered, also the player can apply blindness and withering to a the person you are looking at for 10 seconds

7. Whistle of Binding - Allows players to bind a player infront of them to the ground making them unable to move, and you can also bind surrounding blocks around the opponent so that they suffocate and are trapped mid air for 10 seconds they can not take damage from other players while being trapped by blocks.

Death and reviving:

These would also not be lost on death but become untuned rendering them unusable and the only way to fix it is to craft a tuner which will be very expensive and difficult to craft. If a player dies while out of tune they are banned temporarily from the server until someone crafts a Whisp to revive any player of their choice. The whisp is crafted using a new item obtained by defeating an allay called the "decaying wing"

Player limit:

The maximum amount of people I would want is 35 but a good amount for S1 would be 30.

Retune:

This is an item that you can craft to change your whisper. It will be one of the most expensive items and will have a random new whisper after usage (Cannot be current whisper)

What is the point in killing?

When you spawn in you have the  5th tier of the whistle (top tier) and when you die your whistle becomes weaker and weaker untill when you die on your last tier your whistle becomes untuned and you need to craft an expensive item to tune it back. If you die while untuned you are banned from the server and need a teammate to revive you using a whisp. (You cannot kill people for whistle upgrades when untuned)

How will this help economy on the server?

Using these whisps and tuners they can be used for trading and currency for the server as then they will not be worried about being banned if they have a lot of them.

How will the new system effect your whistles power?

With this new system every death will make your whistles abilities worsen by 20% untill hitting 0% when your whistle becomes untuned.
