  31. for the fried chicken you need a (pressure preferred) fryer under the hood, they are about 20 inches wide and floor standing, a 24x12x12ish coating bin on the counter, a gravy warmer-shaped bowl for the milk/egg wash with basket and drain bowl (holds one pot or 2 cut up birds)

  33. a gravy warmer will take up counter space, will need one or two for soup as well

Milkshakes, Snowcones, Fruit Ices, Custom Sodas, (Custom-flavoured Ice Cream Cones, Sundaes, Smoothies, Juices can be added easily but I will mostly travel light, without a trailer) I do not plan on selling food aside from maybe fresh fruit and cookies. If the jurisdiction allows it, I can add alcohol or THC. Easy to add flavoured coffee.

  110. Freezer cart on wheels for beach, possibly doubling as trailer, definitely doubling as countertop/interior table. Milkshake machine. Ice shaver. Juicer/blender. Refrigerator. Insulated closets. Soda water aerator. No cooking.
