Pastebin Monday: Feb 13, 2017

I know it's Tuesday, shush.

Last Week: Last week I ended up streaming Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Monday and Wednesday we did exclusively some Catch 'Em All runs and we had a lot of fun! I'm definitely liking the category more than I thought I would, and it's really helping my motivation/attitude that I am ignoring route changes entirely. It's making it a lot easier to learn and easy to complete runs. I did an offline run on Thursday and got a low 1:50 PB, so now I'm getting to the point where a PB isn't exactly free. It's gonna be a fun grind.

Saturday was my 24 hour-turned 12 hour stream. I won't go into too many details as to why I stopped early (see my other paste for that) but overall I really enjoyed the stream. We were able to complete our All Trainers run leaving the door open for more of that, as well as a CEA run that would have ended around 1:55 if I didn't crash on the final swap. Overall, I think it was a successful week.

This week: This week, I already streamed NSMB2 on Monday. Wednesday and Friday are my only other guaranteed stream days, with a potential for a stream on Saturday. I wanted to get back into NSMB2, learning Warpless, so that's what my focus was on Monday. Wednesday and Friday will likely be more Catch 'Em All, with the potential for a no-reset NSMB2 Warpless run to get some splits up at some point. If I stream on the weekend, I'm not sure if it'll be ORAS or CEA. Probably a game-time decision.

Outside of the stream, I've been doing a little work on my layouts/splits/etc so any feedback is appreciated. I've decided to nix the icons next to split names because, although they look kinda cool, they take up a lot of room and it just looks cleaner without it. Also, I want to begin working on my chat bot (edda_bot) a bit more and get it to a solid state for my stream. Maybe we'll do some sort of game-night type thing where every Friday we do chat games, or something like that. We'll cross that bridge when we get there. See you guys later :)
