BACKGROUND : yang hyolin was born on april 23rd, 1999, in busan, south korea. growing up, she was heavily influenced by the music around her, and developed a passion early on. she enjoyed watching groups performing on TV when she was just little kid, but didn’t really fall in love with a group until she was eight (8) years old. this group was SNSD, who continued to inspire her to keep going with music. she kept trying to improve her singing abilities, and even was in an advanced choir when she was twelve (12). she kept at it for years, in her teen years she just kept trying and improving, and now she is ready to compete her heart out.
