What are your previous experiences staffing on servers/networks: I have been staff on CavePvP, EncahntedMc (Closed), I have been Admin on a faction server (forgot name ),

What do you believe, are the responsibilities of being a Trainee: I beleive being a Trainee means you starting out as a staff member you are making sure that you can do your best to help out the normal players of the server/discord and for you to help out the playerbase in anything they need, and to try and prove to the higher staff members that you quialify to be a higher staff member, and to make sure that you can help out the server in any pssobiel form.

What makes you more unique than other applicants: I have a lot of expereince being a staff member, and I use to be Moderator on a HCF server so I know how to manage a HCF server and so on, I think I am unique then other staff applications because I have been playing minecraft for years and years now, and I know a lot about servers, plugins, and stuff like that.

What is your schedule / activity: (PST) I go to school at 7:45, I get out at 3:01 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On Wednsdays I get out at 12:45, sometimes my parents pick me up from school and sometimes I have to walk, it takes me 45 minutest to walk home so when I am not getting picked at the beggining of 6th period (last class of the day) and then I get marked here and then I leave school and walk home early.

If you could change one thing about RailHQ, what would it be: The one thing I would change is I would make sure that every single player on the server is having a good time and good expereince and to make sure that the players are enjoying the server because then they will most likely either donate or keep on playing the server and then maybe the player will tell their friends about the server or even make youtube videos and help the server grow.

Tell us about yourself: My IRL name is Korrigan, but I go by Kory, I like to play video games like GTA 5, Call Of Duty, Foriza, Minecraft, and a bunch of other games, I play Xbox One, PC, and some mobile games, I live with my mom, dad, and little brother. I enjoy being staff on minecraft servers that way I can help make the server more enjoyable for the players and to make the server better.

Scenarios: (You are a Helper in these scenarios)

Someone asked you to read their staff application, what would you do? I will tell them that I will not read the staff application since they have asked me to read their application and I will inform a higher staff member, most likely Admin or higher about it.

You've banned a player off the network, they've reported you 20 minutes later, how will you respond? I will get in a VC with them on discord/ts/ect. and try to figure out why they are reprting me, and why they feel like they were unrightfully banned from the server, I will try and get a higher staff member like a Moderator or Admin in the VC and then try to figure it out from there.

You're the only staff member online, multiple people are breaking the rules in chat, swearing, bullying, and even using sexual comments to someone else. This is a chaotic event that will happen rarely, what will you do? Summarise what you'll do? I will put the chat in slow mode, and then I will mute the people swearing, using sexual comments to someone, and bullying other players, and then I will put the chat back in normal mode and then hope that everyone stops and calms down.

An administrator is online abusing their powers, you are the only other staff member online. What do you do? I will INSTANTLY start recording and I will go into Vanish and TP to them and make sure to capture the Abuse on video, and then I will inform another admin or Owner or Dev and tell them to hop on as soon as possible.
