To you, my very special friend.

I listened to you from afar.

For a while, in secret.

Then I finally summoned all of my courage.

And I reached out to you.

My reasons were selfish.

I reached out to you as a fan.

You responded as a human being.

Curious and approachble.

"Wanna talk?" You asked.

God, I was nervous the first time I spoke with you.

The first time I heard the real you.

Your real voice.

Turned out you were so warm and friendly.

Instantly likeable.

And your voice… damn!

That beautiful, sensual voice.

So inspiring and alluring.

You taught me things about myself.

Taught me to appreciate my own voice.

And now, I miss it.

I miss your voice.

I miss you.

I miss our little, nightly chats.

We don't talk as much as we used to.

You have your life and I have mine.

I’m not mad or disappointed.

Really, I’m not.

I’m grateful.

I’m so, so grateful.

I’m grateful for what you gave me.

Grateful for the time we had.

Every talk, every joke, every second of it.

I’ve always felt like our bond was special.

So far apart… and yet so close whenever we talked.

It amazes me.

You amaze me.

Nothing lasts forever. So they say.

I know the very nature of our relation is… so incredibly fragile.

But I can’t help it.

I still miss your voice.

I miss hearing you sing.

Miss hearing you expressing your thoughts, mind and soul to me.

I miss it.
