Hair color and Style: Hikaru's hair is somewhat hard to explain. Basically, it's almost like scene hair...

Her bangs are a bold side-swept fringe falling to her right side, sometimes covering her right eye and sometimes not, it always depends what type stance she's in and how the hair is flowing to where it falls. This side fringe ends about a few centimeters to an inch under her chin and starts from the left side of her forehead where it's parted.
On the left side, the fringe is a few strands of bangs of different lengths, feathering from short to longer as it reaches her ears. The longest strand reaching to a few centimeters to an inch below her chin, but slightly shorter than her right sided-sided fringe.

Two to three short spike strands above her ears poke out to the side from the sides of the fringe.

The back parts of her hair is thrown done up in spikes that resemble somewhat of a starish flame shape. Parted from the left, the right side is swept up into about 5 spikes, the first a short one flowing from the part, the second a larger one, and the third, fourth, and fifth each gradually getting smaller until it meets at her neck where the lower parts of her hair are. Parted to the left is around is 4 spikes, the first short one flowing to the left from the part, the second being the largest, the third, and fourth becoming gradually smaller until they also meet her neck and the rest of her lower hair.

The REST of her lower hair, is center parted around her neck and thrown over her shoulder in two long strands, one on each side that fall to about mid breast.

The hair coloring is bright fluorescent hot pink with the fringe and shoulder strands having gold ends.

In her younger years, Hikaru did not have the strands over her shoulders and ket it cut to just the base of the skull, but left the rest as it was.

With magic, her hair stays the same as always. Without magic, it will grow longer. The strands over her shoulders will normally grow first and gain length before the rest of the hair. Too long without magic, and the rest of the hair will start to grow out as well, possibly eventually losing its shape.
