The Dalinar Confederacy would like to ask for the Commonwealth’s assistance in it’s current conflict that has arisen from a simple scuffle with a neighbouring nation to a battle for the survival of the Confederacy. The nation of [Honumare][Borealis] and with the recent addition of [De Lavartum] have lane siege to the capital of Dalinar with out offering any form of treaty or offer for peace. The nation of [Honumare] has previously murdered a diplomat that was sent to negotiate peace. The nation of [Borealis] who heads this coalition has deemed this war an effort to retake their citizens of which the Confederacy has none.
