Body: Reed Cloak

Accessories:
Power Ring
Hyper Ring
Muscle Belt
Earring
Large Gap in HP
Green Drop
Red Gem
Green Gem
White Gem
Tenacious Attacker

Other restrictions:
Precision Jump, Precision Evasion and Precision Block are allowed
Lightning's Reverse Paradigm is allowed
Any other Extra Abilities are banned
Feral Chaos is legal, but he is only allowed use the disable Bravery Reduction out of his exclusive disable abilities (BRV/AST/EX).
Summons are banned.

System
Their ranked system is that you have a grade on your character and for that character to get promoted you most win X number of matches with less then X number of losses otherwise you get demoted.
