MIXNINE Ep 4 Rank Explained

In episode 4, there are 5 different ranks: Post-Audition, Practice, Showcase, Post-Showcase (Chair), and Online.

The Post-Audition rank is revealed at the beginning of ep 4. This is based on YG/judges simply based on the auditions in ep 1-3.

The Practice rank is revealed when the contestants walked through the doors into the different rooms. This is based on the individual Just Dance evaluation videos of the contestants that YG/judges watched.

The Showcase rank, which was first shown in the live showcase a month ago (V-Live), is based on YG/judges evaluations of the group performances of Just Dance.

The Post-Showcase rank, where the contestants sit on the chairs at the end of ep 4, is based on judges votes AND live audience votes during the showcase. These are not completely revealed yet, however. Boys 1-9 and girls 1-19 will be revealed in ep 5.

The Online rank, revealed at the very end of ep 4, is based solely on online voting. This provides a progress update on where the contestants stand in terms of popularity.

The True rank of the contestants, which will determine whether they are eliminated or not, will be determined by 50% judges votes and 50% online votes (live audience votes during the missions may also play a role). However, the true ranks most likely will not be revealed until it is time for the first elimination, which will occur after the first mission (ep5 and maybe ep6) and once online voting ends (December 2).
