"ACHOOO!" the door to a room slid down the hall and into ditzy's view. she walked over looked down the hall to see that berry punch was still in bed.. and of corse was missing a door.
ditzy trotted in and walked over "berry hon..are you okay?" she said
"oh Tia... i feel like i want to die... i am Really under the weather." berry punch said blowing her nose into a tissue
"well hang tight. i will go get colgate." ditzy said running down the hall. she soon found colgate near the garage "hey ditzy. what is up?"
"colgate.. berry may have the Eflu. she was sneezing up a hurricane a few moments ago." ditzy said. ditzy only got to Eflu and colgate was off like a shot.
normaly ponies dont get sick too much.. but with any new cultural exchange there is some cost.
during the first few years of the equestrian/human conversations ponies would get majorly sick. sick enough that they wish they could die. a new flu had developed from the horse virus and was effecting equines of all kinds. for ponies it started with a little bit of tiredness. then a few coughs, then came the sneezing and watery eyes. but none of these were the bad part. the bad part is that it effected the magic in a pony.
pegasai already have a version of this called "pegapox" that with it the pegasus would be grounded till they got better. but the Eflu is worse in regards that it effects ALL magic.
unicorns horns would suddenly backfire in many hilarious (and potentially harmful) ways,
earthponies would lose the ability for their talent and pegasai would not even be able to walk on clouds.

Colgate slid into berrys room and quickly ran a checkup on her
"so doc.. whats the prognosis?" berry said with a weak chuckle
"well.. you do have Eflu. you need to stay in bed with lots of liquids.. you will get some antibiotics in the soup... but you cant work today.. sorry" colgate said softly
"n-no work? but who else has the s-skills to take over the painkillers?" berry said.
just then a thump was heard overhead in the vents... and another.. and soon the vent broke and a dust covered white and blond pegasai falls out landing on the bed "oh.. hi? she says with a small grin

sales paced patently outside the doctors office. the doctor was not in. he had went out to go to superktargetmart and get something but he will be back soon.
at least that is what the note on his door said. it had already been an hour.
sales sighs and starts to pace again..
within minutes the doctor returned carrying two big boxes. one of apples and one of bananas
"open the door would you?" he asked popping his head around the boxes to look at sales
"uh sure" sales says opening the door and letting the mad man with the banana and apple boxes go in first.

the doctor sat down at his desk and set the bananas and apples behind him
"so.. you are becoming a pony today.. how does it make you feel that you are finally completing the dream your parents started for you?" he said before offering "banana? apple?"

"apple.. i dont really like bananas" sales said
"dont like... bananas. wow.. i guess that attack really did mess you up mentally" the doctor said tossing you an apple
"no.. i just never liked the taste.. anyway... i am glad that i am finally able to take a step forward.. my parents were.. burried in equestria.. and i will soon be able to talk to them again"
"true.. but lets just chat for a moment before you head in to be changed."

Suprise was.. well suprised. as was colgate and berry.
suprise knew she could mix up a seditive like noponys business. she was somewhat of the doctor of the wonderbolts.

she trotted down to the lab to mix the sedative for todays transformation.. a Sales Kital.
she looked at the beakers of plant extracts and chemical formulas already mixed.. she quickly shuffles a few of them into a bottle till she has a light green tinted potion.
she smells it and winces "this will taste horrid.. unless... oh! i know. Strawberrys!"

"night to rook 2." the doctor said moving his knight.. he took out the one that was not castleing the king.
"so what about you.. why are you not... ponyfied?" sales asked moving his turn.
"well i dont have time.. i know i will eventually.. but not today." the doctor said moving a pawn forward.

suprise smushed the strawberrys into a paste before cooking the paste into a powder.. she grinned and sprinkled it with a few drops of sugar and mexed it into the seditive.
"okay.. now... hmm honey!" she grabbed the bottle and pours some in before mixing it very well.
"wala.. that should fix that... now time to get everypony in."

The doctor checkmated sales and grinned "sorry.. good game though.. now.. how about your conversion. down the hall there and you will see what door."
Sales nodded and walked down the hall towards the door.. he was soon flanked by the pony doctor
"well everything is set up and all ready.. just take off your clothes and lay down on the table once you are inside..
Sales nodded and entered into the door and nods at colgate and suprise. he gets undressed and sits on the table as colgate levitates the formula towards him. sales downs it and smiles "does this taste like strawberrys to you?" before passing out.
both colgate and the doctor turned to suprise "what have you done?" they say in unison.
