Kayel is a strange little Saiyan from an ancient, long forgotten and no longer existing time. She started off as some collected divine aspect of a Pure Soul, settled to Saiyan body and set to bounce across space-time because her "Daddy" demon couldn't stand the thought of her impending death. He grew attached. This has extended to the multiverse itself through those she's met and managed to befriend. Kayel has had an extraordinary tale of drama, growth, chaos and heart thanks to the people she's interacted with... and it's not over yet.[/center]





[color=cyan][b]Personality: [/b][/color]Kayel is a hyper, happy, very bubbly little girl. She's very pacifistic in that she's actually afraid of hurting anyone... so if she's even capable of training or actually using her full strength, it's unknown. However, one can say it takes discipline to hold back to such degrees as well. Kayel has an affinity with beasts and animals, something that comes naturally to her and that she happily indulges in.

[b][color=cyan]Appearance:[/color][/b] She may not act like most Saiyans, but she looks the part. Kayel has thick, long spiky black/dark-brown hair that frazzles up every-which way to the point she often sits among her hair and just misses standing on its tips. Her eyes are a deep almond, though wide as is usual with most children. As far as clothing goes, she wears a Saiyan outfit gifted to her by Elviar and a sash made from a fox pelt from her Broly. Upon her left wrist is a golden ribbon from Shalloh. Her tail, once shabby and patchy is now thick-furred and mended, something she prides and finds strength in. The same can be said for the fox-tailed knife she carries with her. When her aura flares, it carries a soft prismatic hue with it.. and.. traces of.. other energies...

[b]OOC:[/b] I play her as a purely interactive, developmental character. What she learns comes from her experiences and what she's taught. Kayel sees the world in her own weird way and reacts the same! That said, no worries about ALL THE THINGS being used and whatnot. They may be character-specific but are in no way room nor play/scene specific. I don't just toss things in to toss them in, and things that affect or pull in others, I certainly ask mods and players about. I like keeping things balanced and even with what Kayel can do, she's still mostly potential as these are basics. Also.. despite she's learned a lot from "Canon Characters" and has many such connections, she's not the sort to hide behind such things and neither am I. I won't discount any of the friends or family she's made, but they are not shields or names dropped for fame and attention. Also... if you happen to be looking to play with me in order to play with people who interact with Kayel, please look elsewhere for someone to sponge off of. I would rather people play with me for me and my character, not those who I'm friends with. You want to play with them? Then just go interact with them and talk to them. They're great people![/sub]


[color=cyan][b]Current Saga:[/b] It's About Time[/color]
Kayel has found herself separated from her uncles Shroom and Salsa, now taken in by Demigra and Chronoa. Fu managed to speed up her time and age her up, resulting in a bit of catastrophic calamity and a lot of loss for the girl.. But she's discovered what she's got to gain as well, as Demigra has taken her on as his student and Chronoa has become attached. Of course this means that the girl will eventually find herself in opposition of the Dark Empire and thus.. [i]her family.[/i] She doesn't understand exactly what's happened, what is happening or going on. Still finding her place in such matters, Kayel is once more following her tugs and going by pure feeling, while learning.

Keep in mind such equipment is housed and not always worn or on her person at all times. These are just special things people have given her that get taken note of as they have impacted her. keep in mind, while she has such, not all of these things are used in play nor in every room.
[color=cyan][b]* Leather Backpack:[/b][/color] Holds various things. Gifted from Papa Bunny aka Sama Rex.
[color=cyan][b]* Saiyan Armor:[/b][/color] Kayel wears armor gifted to her from Elviar from his childhood. Very helpful for basic protection in a world where ki and strength rule!
[color=cyan][b]* Survival Gear:[/b][/color] A knife with a fox-tail hilt, fox-sash, grass-knit pack and a gourd for water. Except for the pack, these are items from Broly that Kayel heavily relies on.
[color=cyan][b]* Shield:[/b][/color]  A rather lovely looking silver colored Kayel-sized Shield with gold inlays. Most of the inlay looks like vines, representing Kayel's seeming love of nature with a fox on one side, and a wolf on the other. They seemed to be equally apart from each other on different sides of the shield, but they were obviously constantly chasing each other. It is also engraved in an odd red metal, the symbol of the Saiyan Race in the center of the shield. Gift from her dad, Broly.
[color=cyan][b]* Bunny Slippers: [/b][/color]Besides her purple dress, these bunny slippers are very important to Kayel. They come from her mom, Android 21.
[color=cyan][b]* Gotenks Space Force Commander Helmet:[/b][/color] A helmet! It's special with stickers on it, and given to her by her Gotenks. While knowing nothing of space, she actually has some imagination and can "play" when it comes to this toy. Also functional for headbutting!
[color=cyan][b]* Golden Ribbon:[/b][/color] While it's a simple golden ribbon to some, it's the ribbon Shalloh not only gave to her, but made with her own ki. This makes that ribbon super special to Kayel. It reminds her that Shalloh is somehow always there in a sense and is a connection of them both to not be forgotten by the other no matter how much time and distance passes.
[color=cyan][b]* Shoes and "Demon" Uniform:[/b][/color] Back in her life, Nitmer had seen fit to finally get Kayel to wear shoes! He's also got her a red demon costume fit for helping him when he's at work at his Hotter Than Hell food stand.
[color=cyan][b]* Mysterious Armlet:[/b][/color] Shroom put a golden armlet on Kayel that houses a dangling crimson gem. This gem likes to "eat" her Dancing Lights! It's broken right now...
[color=cyan][b]* Dark Empire Bracelet:[/b][/color] A golden bracelet in the design of the Time Breakers'/Dark Empire/Dark Army's symbol. It houses two green gems and helps Kayel maintain control and keeps her time-grounded... as well as track her and a lot of other things!
[color=cyan][b]* Infinity Hair Charm:[/b][/color] A golden charm from her Uncle Salsa. It tracks her and leaves strands of magic about for him to follow.
[color=cyan][b]* Rose Visor:[/b][/color] Seeing the world through rose colored glasses? Kinda. Her Papa Gero took it upon himself to craft a device that allows for tracking her and well as distraction. Like a portable TV, but filled with informational programming. While it can read power levels akin to a scouter and pick up data as well as be set for helping to track, there's a special programming that allows for Kayel to see and interact with a digital Android 16. This allows her to help with rebuilding programming and in some odd way, may allow for an Android 16 to know of her. He is her not-brother after all. Her knowledge of 16 and admiration somehow helps keep his memory alive and that's what adds to this growing program.
[color=cyan][b]* Zeno Badge:[/b][/color] It doesn't do anything(?) but it is a little pin that is Zeno's smiling face. Just a gift she adores but knows to keep hidden, save for to Angels and gods. They can totally sense its godly origin and ask about it, but it stays pinned in her clothing usually. Zeno and Future Zeno wanted to give her something and Grand Minister recalled how Goku's buttom helped with the Zamasu situation and with him meeting and gaining Future Zeno's friendship because of that gift. In hopes that Kayel might please any other versions of Zeno, he helped with this design.
[color=cyan][b]* Onyx Staff:[/b][/color] A staff of Dark Magic origin, created by and gifted to her from her Uncle Shroom.
[color=cyan][b]* Wand: [/b][/color]A wand crafted by Demigra and gifted to Kayel for channeling magic and aiding in her ability of control.
[color=cyan][b]* Ape Bowtie:[/b][/color] A magical item triggered into existence by her transformation, this bowtie  hugs her tail and helps her keep control of her Great Ape form.

When her ki becomes emotionally active and flares, it takes on a large increase of power compared to her usual state. This active state also feels a bit.. different. Her aura contains traces of green Legendary Super Saiyan energy as well as orange aspects beyond her opalescent hue and gives off sensations. That aura is a conflicting mass of energy and gives off sensations, vibes beyond just altering temperature around her.

This is the limit Kayel is able to reach at her current point in time given her age and training. It's growing less of a one-shot deal that leaves her incapacitated and is in no way a transformation. That said, story elements and others are where she draws her true strength from so.. perhaps anything is possible? As of recent, she's been able to not just remain awake and avoid a total knockout, but also calm herself from reaching a point of no control. A lack of control will most likely still result in a knock out. (OOC: I'm not one to let power levels get in the way of a good twist or development. If others have an idea or want to do something, go along with something, I'm very much game for this. That's what DB is all about, pushing those limits!)

[i]Kayel is far too young and inexperienced to have actual control over her form. However, as she works off of pure emotion and what she feels, so will her transformed state. There is no logic and reasoning as her mind’s state is one of feral, primal impulse. That said, she can still recognize things and does have her own personality to act upon all the same.[/i] [b]UPDATE: Upon transforming, Kayel's tail gains a magical purple bow. This allows her to retain her control although she can't speak or use telepathy as some others do.[/b]

This is the utmost limit of Kayel’s power as an Oozaru. To become truly enraged is to act on primal impulse and pure instinct. Often quickly draining and destructive! [b]Well, not anymore thanks to her magical bow![/b]

[color=cyan][b]* Flight[/b][/color]: [i]It's complicated. Kayel often relies on Nimbi or other people. Tied into her emotions, flight is the most freeing feeling and unless she can logic past it or it comes from her subconscious or instinct, she's a bit stuck. Of all things, this is what she has issues with most.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Kayel's Dance of Lights[/b]:[/color] [i]Harmless. Kayel has a fear of the dark, or rather, a fear of being alone. One way she has managed to deal with this fear is by conjuring small balls of colorful energy that dance about and act like fireflies. Their temperature and color is based on how she feels.. so if she's sad, they're blue and cold. If she's happy, they're golden or rainbow with no temperature. If she's mad, they're red and rather toasty warm. This has been categorized as an aspect of Soul Magic.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Glitched : [/b][/color] [i]Kayel exists outside of her time and she knows this. She has an innate connection to this through her empathic senses, causing her to glitch from existence when she feels overloaded. This can also happen through misunderstandings as well as in reaction to other time anomalies. While this is still something that acts up, Kayel is getting more of a grasp thanks to teachings and her jewelry enchantments help.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Empathic Sense :[/b][/color] [i]Kayel is drawn to people, namely those she knows. She can pick up on their energy and follow her odd little feelings to them similar to how to sense someone actively with their ki. This is an emotional manipulation of sensing someone rather than mental. It also works with curiosity and tugs, an innate instinct. This has expanded to the point that Kayel is picking up on the intent of others and at times, even tell if someone is lying.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Soul Magic :[/b][/color] [i]That's just what we're going to call it. Really.. Kayel has a.. strange pure almost magical way about her that has her seeking out people, gaining friends and even family... and even able to win over 'evil' beings. She's somehow survived.. and done so with.. drawings.. up against bad guys... so.. we'll call this a weird named thing for now!  [/i] [sub]Seriously, I cringe when I hit enter and let Kayel be Kayel because I always expect death for the lowbie child.[/sub]
[color=cyan][b]* Affinity for Life :[/b][/color] [i]Kayel has a natural affinity for life. This goes from her environment to creatures, monsters and even animated monstrosities. This sorta doubts back for her in some ways, with animals having no fear of her and even predatory beasts tending to find a serene calm in her presence that has them ignore her as potential prey. It's also a bit of a problem because some creatures decide to try and keep her. Loving animals as much as people, Kayel is happy to spend time with these creatures. The same goes for residing among trees and shrubbery as opposed to walls and rooftops. Plantlife itself even seems to take on a bit of a sentience around her almost, reacting to her presence.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Energy Absorption and Projection : [/b][/color][i]At current, Kayel is able to absorb energy that is [b]given[/b] to her, either by force, embrace, ambient surrounding or otherwise not an attack yet directed to her or into her. She has no control over this to neither reject nor accept. It's something that just happens and thus becomes part of her and her reserve. Different types of energy have different side effects and results. Likewise, her own energy can be a little [i]infectious[/i] at times, especially to those wrapped in darkness or evil. Or at least, that's a theory some have as they try to logic their own illogical actions and desires pertaining to how they act around Kayel.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Purity :[/b][/color] [i]A most dangerous thing... Kayel is quite pure, has the ability to purify and even cleanse aspects of darkness.. even people. She has a natural draw towards those who she perceives as sad or mad, misunderstood. She lacks the usual judgment people place upon one another. She acts in very illogical manners, solely based on pure feeling. Her aura, energy, mannerisms and everything that makes her Kayel is centered upon this. It protects her from many aspects of Darkness and Evil with a sheer immunity, but makes her a target for so much in exchange.[/i]

Combative
[color=cyan][b]* Ki Manipulation :[/b][/color] [i]Energy in its rawest form. Her aura is a pale prismatic hue of ever-shifting color. Such a flare is spiked by the emotion she feels at the time. What she tries to do with it, be it a technique or not, is another matter and depends on the situation she finds herself in. Being successful is another matter of its own. Just like flight, she feels it. [/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Saiyan Strength and Speed :[/b][/color] [i]From wrangling dinosaurs to moving boulders out of the way, Kayel is rather resilient outside of actual battle. She doesn't think about what she's doing, she just does it because it needs to be done and there's no reason to hold back; only reason to build up. Plus having been a punching bag for other kids, she's had to have gained some ability to withstand it and keep up, if not run away. This is most often seen during playtime.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Acrobatic Staffer :[/b][/color] [i]Kayel is quite literally one with her staff. Being a forest ragamuffin and being taught how to "fight dirty" has her able to move and bounce in all kinds of ways. This in combination of using her staff as an extension of herself helps to make her a slippery target.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Hand to Hand :[/b][/color] [i]Like most Saiyans, Kayel has a bit of an affinity for this out of instinct. So she's decent. Training would certainly help! The kid has form and stances down, can fight dirty with distraction tactics and hitting below the belt, but she lacks the ferocity and thirst for battle that Saiyans are known for using to drive themselves to new heights.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Shining Shield :[/b][/color] [i]Kayel is able to form a disk of energy to use as a shield as well as flare it up for a blinding attack. This has been taught by Nitmer, similar to his Razor Disk technique. [/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Purify :[/b][/color] [i]With a great deal of focus and will, Kayel is able to condense her energy into a purifying attack or aura. This is extremely draining but has the ability to cleanse darkness and corruption.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Offense Ball :[/b][/color] [i]A standard bundled up ki blast of white and red glow. The more it is condensed and channeled, the more of a punch it can pack. This includes being amassed with other energy types she has picked up.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Sharing is Caring :[/b][/color] [i]Kayel's "super attack" so to speak. An attack of ki and magic combined, able to be targeted to a single opponent. This rainbow aura makes her opponent feel whatever feeling she is. Driven on pure emotion, Kayel has no control over this and after impact, the empathic bond grows slowly (over 2-3 posts). Of course this can be resisted by strong wills. But what can be handled beyond will is the actual damage that can manifest based on "charge" and the emotion type and intensity.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Powered Shell :[/b][/color] [i]A dome of green energy that is in fact, a defensive barrier and shield. This was picked up from Broly and utilizes that green energy normally seen in destructive aspects.[/i]

Magic
[i]Listed here are actual spells, magic techniques and abilities that she's been taught. This is a mixture that taps into her aura-inclined abilities as well as her ability to manipulate reality due to her Pure Soul aspect. [/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Soulistic Resonance : [/b][/color][i]This takes meditation, relaxing and a connection beyond life into aspects of death to all new levels. Shroom has taught Kayel the basics of tapping into such beyond subconscious feeling and instinct, to something more.. [i]willful.[/i] Currently this aspect of magic is very [i]giving[/i] and used for a multitude of things, from trying to mingle and call out to another's very essence, listening to a deathsong, or just allowing her own soul to ring out a melody of calming peace and beckoning. It also amplifies soulistic energies and abilities for others... for better or worse.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Skip Back : [/b][/color][i]A light time-technique. This allows Kayel to reset something to what it was for a period of time before it collapses again. The maximum duration of this reset is 10 minutes at current. Her favored way of practice is using flowers to watch them blossom, bloom, grow and shrink. [/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Healing Light :[/b][/color] [i]A soft aura of pinpointed touch and focus that allows for the healing of flesh wounds. Not capable of healing broken bones yet and certainly nothing like regenerating limbs. It takes a bit of time to complete.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Seven Dwarves :[/b][/color] [i]Kayel can create clones of herself. 7 at max. They each have one of her personality traits. These are magic clones, so nothing happens to the original if they're destroyed as they have no actual connection to Kayel beyond a like mindset and linked thought process. [/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Invisibility :[/b][/color] [i]Yep! Masked from sight and senses. Tapping into being unseen comes a bit too easy for Kayel thanks to her emotional flux. One of the few things she can do at will or without concentration and focus. When you're small, it's easy to feel small and unnoticed or to wish such to be left alone.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Animal Transformation :[/b][/color] [i]Currently limited to one animal. [b]Haven't decided which.[/b] This also allows her to directly communicate with animals. Others of such magical affinity can help her tap into this and take forms of variety, but only with their guidance. [/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Cackling Lightning :[/b][/color] [i]A spell of great distraction! The magic conjured lights off wild sparks and arcs that excite the nerves and contract muscles. In other words, it's literally tickle-power![/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Staff Recall and Creation :[/b][/color] [i]Kayel is able to summon both her wand and staff from nowhere, as well as transform her wand into her staff in a combined weapon. If absent of her wand or staff and limited in power or outreach, Kayel can also create a new staff out of nearly anything. These substitutes are not nearly as strong as her original and also lack the crimson power sphere.[/i]
[color=cyan][b]* Shadow Puppet :[/b][/color] [i]Limited to only one and based on what she has seen, Kayel is able to manifest a living shadow puppet. It's animated in the way it moves or she thinks it moves and requires a great deal of focus to maintain. Any distraction will cause it to vanish. While the shadow has no combative capabilities and is as silent as darkness, it gives Kayel a sense of not being so alone.[/i]
