ep5 First Mission

When a 30 meters long Poison Salamander swings its long neck.
Adventurers fighting it on the front row easily gets blown away.

The corpse of the swordfighter's whole body bent in a wrong direction and became bloody.
Seeing this the priest guy was discourage. (TL: the "guy" returns)
The Poison Salamander was merciless, behind the priest there was an archer which was aimed by it.(TL implying that instead of the priest it aimed at the archer honestly a good choice -delete-)

"You think i'd allow that! Double Shoot!" (TL: its orignally in a kana which is Daburo shotto which means double shot which sounds kinda weird for a skill name though it is still correct its up to you what to choose -delete-)

all of the 2 arrows was fired consecutively hit the head of the lizard.(TL: past tense of hit?? -delete-)
However it looked like the arrows was stuck,the monste its head and then at that moment.
the arrows came to fall down.

The Poison Salamander glared at Keitz and Gilori.(TL: gilori is girori i don't have any names better than that or maybe it isn't a name but i can't find any in my dictionary )

"tsk! whats with this monster!"

"Retreat! the way it was damaged was unusuall! if this goes on we will be annihilated"

Keitz and the Priest guy ran away from  Strange plains to survive.

Roel and I during the noisy morning, swiftly went to towards the guild.
Inside the guild, it was filled with the people i saw yesterday.

"Its an emergency misson! Apparently living at the Bear Forest
it lost its way to the Strange Plains
Subjugation members should at least be B rank!
First-aid member below C rank But don't worry!" (TL: hmmm Ryua can do it like One-punch man since her punch damage reaches around 3000+ and the enemy has 1500+ hp)

The Glasses wearing guild person from yesterday was loudly announcing.
A major uproar was happening inside the guild.
Normally, The ferocious monsters of Bear Forest doesn't come out.
It seems for some reason that appeared at the Strange plains which danger level is 6.

I pulled the arm of the indecisive Roel trying to volunteer as a First-aid member.
According to the explanation, the first-aid members are to give medicine to the injured adventurers at Strange Plains.

since i also recieve an underwear from roel, I wonder if doesn't look weird to look at.
no, the underwear has not connection to that.
I wonder if its because our age is the same that it perfectly fit me at that place. (TL: i wonder whats going inside your heads right now as you read this parts fufufufufufu)
although i say that because i had 10 year of blank,  I didn't know what my true age is. (TL: the years of blank probably meant the she lived 10 years not knowing anything. fumu you may change the first part freely but be sure that the message remains. -delete-)

An old guy who was the leader clapped his hand to sink the noise. (TL: he clapped to stopped the noise)
it was the person that the spearguy trouble yes
It was the person who was trouble by the spearguy and who he went out with yesterday. (TL: WTF edit this please -delete-)

"I'm sorry if i sound insolent, In this occation this Gantetsu has accepted to be the one in-charge!
you guys that I don't know  nice to meet you!" (TL: Gantetsu sounds cool but iT could also be Gantetz or gantets -delete-)

however I think at your level you could do it alone, with this number of people are we even neccessary?"

The archer Keitz,  he/he asked a question while looking at the ten adventurers here. (TL: i don't know the gender yet it wasn't mention so he/she for now but you may use he for now)
"Me and the B-rank priest, Etolam-san, will fight.
after i recieved the support i will attack"(TL: im not sure about this one 後は救護に当たってもらう)
"I'll be the rear-guard doing the support, I think that will increase the chance of winning
Its not that we are doubting you strength, but i just feel a concern about that place" (TL: , . . . . . . -delete- )

The relief team me and roel are in contains 8 people.
It was explained that no matter how many people you rescued in a hurry it won't change the reward money.
i wonder it means all i have to do is live and return and then recieve 2000G.
Gantetsu-san will the distract the Poison Salamander, at that moment we will rescue the injured its just as simple as that.
Poison Salamander, I wonder how strong it is.
I'm interesting but why is that I musn't fighting it.

We went outside of the town towards Strange Plains.
At the gate of the plains there is a small cabin, the person who was the management was going in and out checking the place.
From the cabin a tall weir was spread out, making it something hard to get accros to. (TL: weir something like a fence i think -delete-)
We set foot on the plains as Gantetsu-san lead us.

Roel seem to be curious about it, we took a look at as far as we can see over the greenery which spread all over the plains. (TL: fumu. . . . . . .  i leave this to you -delete-)
here and there a slightly elevated grounds can be seen, and sometimes it streches and makes a narrow
path.
I asked about the image of the flatness of the plainsas far as concerning that narrow path I think for sure that
narrow path is something that is more than it seems. (TL: not sure about this one 平原と聞いて平らな草原をイメージしていたボクにとってはその細道こそが曲者だと思った。)
Once, if you are to be finished and cornered by a monster somewhere with a tall wall such as a cliff of a hill.
It will become a blindspot where no one will notice that you are in a pinch.
I thought that if the Poison salamander where to attack there you wont be saved.
But from this place you won't be noticed by the Poison Salamander.
So that means, its possible to hide in this type of blind spot. (TL: GAAAAAAH this paragraph is the hardest translation i came across)

Gantetsu-san  started to seperate from us and then started to walk again. (TL: ガンテツはノシノシと大またで歩き出す。 not sure)

it was the spearguy from yesterday who faught with Gantetsu-san who arrive talking trash.(TL: hmmmm change talking trash into something more polite or something like ryua would say -delete-)

"Yesterday i was drunk because of the alcholol, today this Ordo-sama will show his power"

This guy seems somehow scary because of that the lets put a distance as we walk.
Since some time ago we  kept reapeting the same thing for the whole time.

"Hey! Gantetsu-san its the signal it! It seems that the Poison Salamander has been discovered!
Fall back!"

Keitz encouraged everyone in a low voice.
All members simultaneously fall back, and then everyone started to search for injured people.
At the begining, we found a person at the shadow of the boulder crudely breathing and blood was pouring out.
Roel quickly used a recovery magic.

"I'm thankful. . . . ."

"This is only nothing but the first-aid you know. Ryua-chan, what should i do?"

"I only have to bring this person to the town right.
just wait a minute I'll go"

"e-eh?"

leaving Roel wearing a confused look, i carried the man while running and jumped over the the hill.
It took me 3 minutes to return to roel who was dumbfounded. (TL: Dumbfounded can also be "taken aback" -delete-)

Disregarding who was Roel unable to understand, we found injured people in succesion.
Among them there was a person who had already become a corpse.
Its skull was pulverised, its brain tissue appeared. (TL: ED!!! -delete-)
the armor that was worn wasn't able to accomplish its purpose, the whole body was spledidly broken.

"uu--uuu" (TL: the sound of the person who is supressing vomiting -delete-)

"a-are you alright?"

I pat roel's back. (TL:whats the past tense of "pat" -delete-)
Roel who was about to cry, to not make her more worried i nod my head (TL: this part was confusing 心配ないと首を縦に振る)


"now that i think about it i'm not seeing any monsters around here"

To not make Roel worry i changed the subject.

"Probably, I think the Poison Salamander got scared and completely ran away" (TL: probably true)

I thought that i should'nt consider.
but  monster from underground 30th floor one by one was escaping and running away towards this way and at that moment suddenly an enormous 4-headed dog came out from inside.
As one would expect  at that time i wouldn't be able to win and run away. (TL: really?)

"Its because of this Odd monster that the ecosystem of this place went mad
I want to exterminate it by all means.

Before i noticed it Ordo was behind me.
