Kartana, Fini are crafted so they do what they are intended to do. Kartana can knock out a pokemon and gain beast boost in speed allowing it to snowball after a swords dance. In combo mit z-memento from whimsicott it can be healed to full as well as lowering the opponents stats. Thats at least how i understood. Shed shell allows kartana to not get trapped by scarf magnezone. Tho thats personal pref. Can be switched to another item, maybe lefties.

Fini i crafted with damage calc specifically since the team looked weak to zyfarde on paper so i gave it ice beam and enough bulk to live some crucial hits.

Having hp ice on scarf lando instead of knock off may be useful against a lot of other lando that like to switch in on it.

Alakazam is a Mega that i thought dealt well with a lot of mons and is supposed to dispose of a lot of slower threats. Dazzling gleam is solely for greninja while even specs shuriken dont take it out. Basically an alternative sweeper to kartana if the time is right

Basically the game plan here is to weaken everythinf by a bit, z-memento out (or not if not neccessary) and swords dance with kartana, knock something out and snowball.
