Once upon a time, in a thread far far away, a tomato boy had this wonderful idea of playing with anime decks instead of meta because meta is boring. Eventually this daydream developed into a format where we needed banlists and special rules for characters. And now it grew so big that people are whining about said things. So now we have a tier list.


Decks with a star next to them have some special guidelines that need to be followed for "fair play". This tier List does not come with an actual hierarchy within Tiers, at least for right now. This tier list only extends to the Arc-V format and will have a new section once Yugioh Battle Network debuts.
