  7. Never Surrender [Defend]: Whenever you Defend, an Extra dies, or an Ally is knocked Unconscious, reduce your Stress by 1.

  9. Through Me First [Intercept]: You may Intercept with Tough instead of Quick, and gain +2 Bonus to Checks doing so. Whenever you successfully Intercept for an Ally and take Stress as a result, you gain +1 AP.

  11. Inspiring Smite [Accuracy Match]: Whenever you gain an [Accuracy Match] with any Basic Attack, the target of the attack becomes Shaken, and one Ally besides yourself may reduce their Stress by 1.

  15. Resolute: You gain +1 Evasion, and +1 Resolve in all Combat Conflicts.

  17. Protector [Maneuver]: Add the following two options to those you may choose when Maneuvering:
  18. - “The target takes a -2 penalty to Check and a -1s penalty to Test on the next Attack or Spell against any Ally besides you”
  19. - “If the target makes an Attack against someone besides yourself, you may make a Punish Attack against that foe after their attack is resolved.”

  21. Defense Mastery [Defend]: Whenever you Defend, choose one: an ally of your choice in the same Engagement gains a +2 Bonus to Evasion; or gain Stress Reduction equal to your Tough equality against the next Stress-Inducing effect to hit you. If you are Level 10, you may do both.

  23. Savior [3 AP] [Defend] [Moxie]: Whenever you Intercept an Attack, you may trigger this Feature to immediately take a free Defend Action. The Ally for whom you Intercepted is completely missed by the triggering attack, even if the attack could hit multiple targets.

  25. Cover Retreat [3 AP] [Attack] [Moxie]: Make a Basic Attack with a -2d penalty to Test. If your attack hits, that foe cannot make Punish attacks until the beginning of your next turn, and one ally of your choice in that the same Engagement may immediately Disengage for free.

  29. Good Shepherd: You gain a +2 Bonus to any Checks made when trying to physically protect someone else. Does not Include Attacks against foes, but may include just about anything else, from kicking down a door to a burning building to trying to grab and then lift an ally before they fall from a precipice.

  31. Sentry Training: Once per Season, you can spend 3 Days of Down Time in town to Train up to three Extras in the Sentry Job.
