  1. Troy.....let's get something straight. I didn't cause any damage to anything and if i had it surely would've been pointed out to me when and while the work was being done.....and not almost a month after the fact....as i am just learning about in the previous email you sent me. At no point in time was anything ever mentioned to me regarding any of these things you mentioned to me. Never have i ever been verbally abusive or negative to anyone..... especially my coworkers with your company. I basically worked with 1 individual my entire time there doing the same job for the most part and i saw us as having a good working relationship. We got along well......worked together harmoniously and i learned from him. The part of the floor you spoke of at the mercedes dealership that was damaged was not done by me nor was it caused by a hand grinder.... it was caused by the new guy who was hired after me and it was caused by one of the floor machines in which he was using as he was working on that section of the floor and not i. Upon him screwing that up with the floor machine because of him going over it over and over again and way too much. After Ryan had seen what damage was caused by the new guy using the floor machine Ryan had gotten him to use the hand grinder on it for a bit. After a little while of him working on that ryan had done a little hand grinding on the problem area himself and then put me on it for a very short time and got the new guy to do something else. After Ryan inspected that area of the floor and realizing that hand grinding alone wasnt going to completely get rid of and totally fix the problem he had commented that he would go back later to finish it up. So..... if anything, i had made it look better than what it initially looked looked like and was not the initial cause of the problem or the one who damaged anything.....cuz in the beginning after the other guy was finished with the floor machine it did look like crap. During the very very short time i was asked by ryan to use the hand grinder on that part of the floor(and after the new guy had already used the floor machine on that floor to cause the damage to begin with and after he was using the hand grinder before me) i had gotten ryan to specifically show me exactly what he expected of me and wanted me to do regarding the damage.....that was again......caused by the new guy using the floor machine grinder and not i as u claim or have been told.....so i knew what to do or what basically what was required. I even asked ryan once i was finished how it looked and he said it was much better than how it first looked. That floor machine grinder that the other guy was using on that particular section of the floor was the cause of the damage as it left big dark circles on the floor. So if anything......i helped fix what someone else screwed up.....so get your facts straight before laying the blame on me. And yes....you are right......i did willingly work that last night at the car dealership sick but i didnt know that it would turn out to be a 22 1/2 hour work day. That is the type of hard worker and dedicated employee i am. One who is devoted to his company and i didnt want to let my team or employer down. I sacrificed my health and well being so i could make a difference for your company. I had just recently started with your company.....i knew you were way behind in that construction work project and i wanted to do everything i could to help out and make a difference and impact. I wasn't about to call in sick. Its the little things like that..... that should go in my favor and contradict people like Ryan saying and stating that i dont fit in with your team dynamics.....that is crock of shit.
  2. Does it not make any sense to you that if i had been any sort of a problem.....had caused any such damage with my work.....or anything such thing of a negative sort that it would've been brought to my attention by Ryan sooner? With normal and most companies when there are issues with people/employees it is brought to their attention either verbally or through written warnings or something. But that was never done with me leading me to believe that i was doing everything right. The last thing Ryan said the last night we worked at the Mercedes dealership....the same night we worked the 22 1/2 hours....and he said it to ALL of us.....was he said "great job guys!"
  3. That's right......great job.
  4. If i had ever been negative to my coworkers or any such negative(not that i ever was) i surely was never made aware of it....never talked to about it or anything.
  5.
  6. Here is how i see things......i did everything right and was a role model employee.....i was at work everyday......never missed any time nor was i ever late. I worked hard.....did everything that was asked of me andi did it very well. I always asked for Ryans input on my work and the quality of such to make sure i was doing a good enough job and if i wasnt... i asked him how i could do it better. That is what competent and good employees do. Ryan is a liar and obviously not a competent leader. The truth of the matter is......i called him out and probably embarrassed him in front of you when i gave you my hours sheet and told you that i had not been shared by him of my hours and had no verification nor proof of my hours worked so i was left with the task of keeping and making records of my own. I heard you tell him in front of me that he needs to be more proactive in employees hours.... record keeping and the sharing of such with those employees. I know that did most likely embarrass him and that it didn't sit well with him at all. As for the things you speak of as what Ryan may or may not have said to you about my working slow( which is dumbfounded.....ridiculous and untrue) as it would be hard to be slow given the work i was given. I worked as good and as fast as anyone else working for your company at the time. So to say such is just not true. I always was given the harder and more labour and manual intensive work. The guy i worked with and was paired with always made sure he got to run the floor machines as that was all he ever wanted to do and honestly i saw to be the easiest as i did run the floor machines on a few occasions and i will tell you this....the guy who does the mopping up has the most physical work. He is the one who is emptying the shop vacs.....he is the one mixing the slurry.....he is the one lifting 80-100 lbs bags of slurry out of garbage cans and taking them outside. While the guy using the floor machine just has to push it around. Those machines go at a certain speed to get the job done right. As fast as he goes with the floor machines will also depict the speed of the guy mopping up the crap behind him. I was that guy.....the one doing the shop vac work.....the more physically involved manual labor work. Aside from a couple of days( and i do mean only a couple days) of actually getting time in on and experience with work equipment and a day of hand grinding and polishing a floor i mostly was given the mop up job. I was limited to growth and knowledge by your own company because others were either lazy or didnt want to do the harder work therefore always leaving me to be doing the same thing. The guy you had working for you before i was brought on quit your company i was told by one of your employees because he was always doing the same thing and never getting a chance to learn other stuff. He did the same stuff i was doing just about every day and that is the mopping/shop vac work. Its ironic that that guy and myself both worked with the same guy doing the same crap everyday while there. Things are run very weirdly at your company....unfairly with a splash of favoritism for sure with a heaviness on being bias with the employees. The fact is i was very eager to learn and do as much as possible while there but was never given the chance nor opportunity to do so. Ryan was incompetent in his management style and approach and very inconsistent and unprofessional when it came to keeping track of associates hours( actually that should be sharing in those hours as we associates have a right to have proof of what we work). He is very or became lazy in that regard for sure. I shouldn't have had to go to you about getting a copy of my hours worked. Is that what he was and is supposed to do in the first place? For such a small company with hardly any people working for it....you guys sure have your issues and problems. From the mismanagement of the guy working underneath and for you to the lies, propaganda and bullshit to the favoritism with certain employees/individuals and the carelessness/laziness of the time system you guys have put in place in how the employees have and get copies of their hours worked.....is really a big fiasco.
  7. Before you open your mouth and lay blame unto me stating things that are not true about me you should have had the decency to at least talk to me and get my side of the story. I would like to point out another thing to you. There were a few times when i was in Ryans new Volkswagen with him....going to work and returning back to the shop. There were occasions of him showing off and driving excessivley fast and erratically......much higher than the posted speed limits which did pose a danger. Being that that would be considered a work vehicle in the sense as it was carrying employees to job sites you may want to talk to him about it before he either mames or kills someone.....either employees in his car or others outside of it. It wouldn't be a good representation to you and your company and or image and your ass would be on the line if something did happen because as a company owner and representative you have an obligation educating and ensuring the safety of your employees and definitely you are in charge of Ryan and how he behaves while on the job as he is supposed to be in charge and managing somewhat. Very inappropriate and immature behavior on his part if you ask me. Another thing i would like to mention and bring to your attention is the guy that was hired on just after i was brought on there....i cannot remember his name but you may want to tell him to curb the use of that cellphone of his while he is on the job while he is and supposed to be working. When i was there and ryan was away wherever he would disappear to( which when at the mercedes dealership....was often) i would see this guy just wandering around texting on his phone. This i would hope is not representative of how you want your company to be noticed and represented. Not only does it make the company look bad and unprofessional....it also makes the employee look lazy. Also it enhances the chances of workplace accidents happening as well as increasing the chances of that person causing an accident for someone else.
  8. Well there you have it......my side of the story of everything that went on while there working for you guys and my response to the finger being pointed at me for things that definitely needed the true side of it being told. I dont have anything else to lose or gain from my comments here so i am gonna say it like it is and be honest with you and tell you the truth. I definitely was dealt a very unfair hand by you guys no doubt but at least i still have my dignity.
