Wipe Plans: Lawful Lawful alignment, Holding a strict requirement for herself and anyone close to her to follow the laws of Port Vipor. religiously preaching the importance of the Navy, as well as the Hydra's and their importance to society as a whole. What kind of gold dragon is there without a bit of greed? Of course she'll occasionally ask those that show faith to give a small donation, no matter how insignificant, regardless if she's already stockpiled plenty to work with. If Ripple ever comes into play for any reason I'd be down to make it a Vipor loyalist exclusive.

Your Character's Nature: Generally speaking she has no concern or want in absorbing or being amassed by other dragons. Her role in the plot would depend entirely by interactions with other important characters, but she will be on friendly side to anyone in the Navy that is loyal, and of course giving her everything for the outstanding Hydra's.
