To avoid being ejected from the self-exiled spirit's Domain upon entry, they had traversed through the darkened memories that the Plane had better left forgotten. The dangers were [b]perilous.[/b][/font][/color]
[*][color=#000000][font=Arial]The history of the upon these prototypical vessels, was laid bare- Namely, the [b]Fallen Kingdom of Grever[/b], the land that Melous in humanity's infancy dwelled within. Memories of the [b]First Hurricane[/b] - the dangerous storms that once swept the empty plane - and the [b]first formed vessels of Souls[/b] laid hidden within this collection of dark memories.[/font][/color]
[*][color=#000000][font=Arial]According to their rediscoveries within Melous' Domain, the burden upon these [b]prototypical immortal vessels[/b], on a Soul that lingers too long without rest or repose had [b]resulted in a torturous existence[/b]. Without the capacity of death and rebirth, it amassed too much power, too soon. One such vessel, [b]That Which Was Better Left Forgotten[/b], struck out against the party in its agonized state, barring the path to the Cloudwalker.[/font][/color]
[*][color=#000000][font=Arial]Striking out against this being with the [b]Scythe of Eventide[/b], [b]Lord Dagur Castilund [/b]had pushed it to the brink at the cost of his own life. As well, in an effort to save Suki Bordeleau, [b]Honor[/b] had interceded and toppled it over into the Cloudy Abyss. Melous had arrived shortly after upon sensing their demise, and in a miraculous feat, [b]suspended their fated deaths[/b] within her Domain, long enough to grant their audience.[/font][/color]
[*][color=#000000][font=Arial]The party had pleaded their case - That [b]the Cloudwalker's self-imposed exile must come to an end[/b]. Tragically, it would not come to pass; Even if she felt it time to return to walk with Mortals, without Melous, the [b]Skies of Rhyst[/b] she had been bound to would grow [b]unstable to catastrophic degrees[/b]. [u][b]Melous the Cloudwalker must remain in the Heavens[/b][/u].[/font][/color]

[*][color=#000000][font=Arial]Due to their intervention, [b]Melous will once again turn her gaze towards Mortals,[/b] "in reparation for the genocide of the Kingdom of Grever".[b] Prayers for the Cloudwalker[/b] will be answered, no longer to fall on deaf ears. The Spirit of Grief, Sorrow, Love and Joy, of the Rain and Clouds, of Lakes and Rivers, hears you. And Lord Pascha Pavlova would like to remind you that she loves you.[/font][/color]
