/help and /tips : To review and read little helps and tips in the server
/guide : To view the starting guide in the server.
/rules : To display and read the main server rules.
/ask : To ask an Help-Desk member or online admin a question.
/askchat : To answer talk in the Help-Desk Chat.
/askend : To end the session with the Support Team.
/drivingschool : To teleport to the driving school.
/buyticket : To purchase a flight ticket while you are in the Airport.
/setacc : To change your server account name.
/setpass : To change your server account password.
/givecash : To give cash money to another player.
/shareammo : To share ammo from your weapons to another player.
/throwweap : To throw your weapon.
/b : To speak OUT OF CHARACTER
/ame : To set your current mod on the top of your skin
/drink : To drink any bear, wine or sprunk from your inventory.
/buydrugs; To buy drugs from drug dealers.
/canceldrugoffer : To cancel the offer of buying the drugs
/usedrug : To use the drugs you own.
/taxi : To order a taxi if it's available.
/canceltaxi : To cancel the taxi.
/buyticket : To buy a ticket in the Airport or while there's a private jet.
/cancelflight : To cancel the private jet you've requested for.

/wanted : To display the wanted list
/911 : To call 911 for an emergency
/911end : To end the session of the emergency call
/report : To report a rules breaker ( Don't Spam the main chat,use this command instead of spamming).

/sellprop : To sell your property.
/rentprop : To rent a property.
/canceltenancy : To cancel your rental.
/payrent: To pay your rent.
/setproptolet : To set the amount of rental per day of your property.
/stopproptolet : To Stop the property tenancy rental.

/kicktenant : To kick and cancel your tenant from your apartment.
