Okay, let me say a few things right now, anyone I direct this to better listen up good otherwise next time I wont be as lenient as I will be now. Pat, Ben, Vox, and Anthony. There is a section for hardware that you should know of by now. I advise you all to use it. Pat and Ben, you two need to stop getting at each others throats. Ben, you need to act like an administrator as you have that rank, Staff don't go around cursing like a child at the members of the server and don't need to get upset at simple things such as what is better in a piece of metal and plastic. For now I am removing your rank until I get further notice from Anthony. Pat, don't go after people like that regardless of what they say. Don't just go and curse out people for something they like just because they believe it's better, if you have a problem with something you can talk it out nicely and calmly. Please also refrain from using all caps because it throws tension, that includes you too Ben. All of you need to reread the rules and go accordingly towards them. Also, Ben and Anthony, when you invite a new member to the server, please give them the @Bot Permission rank when they join. Don't just leave them there. So now, @everyone , get yourselves together or I am going to be a lot less nice than I was now. You should be thankful I am not muting all of you. Now think about what you will be doing next. Ben, if you continuously go after people either what you say being poked at or just having fun can be demeaning. And making threats does not help either, and by saying as such just gives me more the reason to keep you off your rank. Brandon, that wasn't a scene. If I was making a scene it'd be a whole lot bigger than this. That is just something I did for precaution. So being I can't do anything but attempt to keep the peace, which obviously he cant do, then I take action then.

This is a scene where you are showing that you clearly don't have control over your admin team to discipline them into behaving so you are saying it in a public chatroom, when all of this could have been handled rationally in a regular chatroom. I know azaron, not as much as you. But I know he can be reasonable. I myself will not be staying in this discord if this is how you run an official server of some "service"
And im sure others that come here will feel somewhat similar if this is how you run your team of "trusted" members

If you would of showed him discipline the situation would have been avoided, its not hard to show discipline and have fun. I do it on a discord I manage with around 300 members and we are fully under control.
