FWT17 Betting Odds

You may bet that any of the events, whose odds are given below, will happen or will not happen, except where noted. You may also request to bet on events described in terms of these events whose odds can be calculated from the given odds, however the bookmaker reserves the right to refuse such a bet. If the player involved in the event you have bet on withdraws or is ejected from the tournament, your bet will be returned in full.

1. In this table, the odds of each player being placed at or above certain levels in the *final* ranking are shown. 1st place is the overall winner of the tournament, and 2nd place is the finalist who lost to the winner. 3rd and 4th place include being tied for the respective positions when such a tie can not be automatically resolved. You may not bet on yourself *not* to exceed a rank.

2. In this table, the odds that the player to the left (A) will beat the player above (B) in their *first* game are A:B, and the odds that B will beat A are B:A. You may not bet on yourself to *lose* a specific game or set of games.

3. It is possible that a 3- 5- or 7-way tie for the 1st or 2nd finalist position will occur, and a second round-robin tournament will have to be held among the tied players. Odds are given below for various ways that this might happen:
    1st place tied:          4:63
    2nd place tied:          9:97
    1st or 2nd place tied:  12:71
