Well we wanna try and push ourselves harder, but equally dont wanna fuck up everyone who likes raiding in wildfire! which is a LOT of people.

The aim is not to poach people from wildfire at all, i imagine Spudz/spirit would probably follow Jed though.

It's also worth mentioning, cause we dont wanna fuck up the guild we are trying to give plenty of notice, and wouldn't leave until the end of the tier at any rate.

I wanna stress aswell, it aint anything to do with hating anyone or anything like that, its just that we wanna try it out for ourselves, see what having a guild is like and see if its possible to push even harder!

Just like i imagine you did when you started kingsguard. There's lots of Jed's old mates from previous guilds that want to raid and it just wouldnt feel nice to replace 10 people in wildfires raid team, its just not fair on them cause they're not bad players.

100% truthfully, me and jed wrote this message and I was the one who sent it and I’ve been going back to him so we can compose the replies.

I had a big long chat with Jed after I spoke with you about everything he did that sort of pissed me off and we sorted it out.

I’m disappointed that you feel stabbed in the back, that’s not the aim. The aim is to be as upfront as possible about it, and give you as much notice as we can.

The alternative is to stay in a guild where I’m not having fun raiding cause I feel like people don’t enjoy the game? And that’s no fun at all...

Like I have no problem with you whatsoever, I just wanna try something new cause as I’ve tried to explain I want to push harder, and cba going through another tier with people who don’t wanna play the game and people like kazrok to use an example that I just don’t get along with

I just dont know what to do now because, being truthful with you - I will literally just quit. I can't rebuild a CE raid team from bits and bats of a missing roster, its tough to fill holes as it is despite all of your reliable/best players gone, so whats the point? I appreciate you're being upfront with me, I really do but you must also appreciate this is a wank situation to be in full stop.

The doing stuff outside of raids is just fluff, it's not completely irrelevant but this is really about performance in the raid.  Grinding AP all day has not made Genpa better at dodging fire after all.

The only solution that springs to mind to make all of this come round would be large-scale announcement for which side of the fence you site and then large-scale recruitment and having two teams, 1 hardcore super push handled by you Jed etc and 1 more casual but still pushing CE content as we are.
