Pokemon you can't get from this glitch at all:
'M (00), Moltres, Articuno, Zapdos, Ditto*, Vulpix,
Ninetales, Pikachu, Raichu, Dratini, Dragonair, Kabuto,
Kabutops, Horsea, Seadra, 4 different Missingnos

You can get some of these from oobLG using custom blocks instead of the rival name block, but that often requires a lot of setup.
