- He climbed up the ladder and popped out the orb from the briefcase. Integra had told him to bring it back for safekeeping, but there was something in the way it whispered to him, he just had to take a look. The flood of images didn't disorient or overwhelm him, as he was used to seeing other people's memories. So when he had finished viewing the scrambles, the fights, the orb hesitated, as if it wasn't quite sure what to offer as a reward. Alucard stared at it piercingly and said merely two words.
- "Convince me."
- The orb was quiet for a moment, as what do you offer the man who has already achieved ultimate power? In the end, it offered only three words in return.
- It'll be fun.
- And that was enough for Alucard.
