*Sigh* where do I begin? So, originally I created a thread about how the rules and staff need to be a little "less strict". I posted it and it got removed by Tucker with no message, no warning, nothing. I reposted it, and got removed again along with banned from the forums for 2 days for something along the lines of "don't repost mute appeals" (If you remove this post I will directly message Mcraftpete as your obviously trying to hide the truth. You pretty much have locked me out of anyway to bring this up because not only have I been permanently muted but you also forum banned me.)

For starters, Tucker hands out these warnings like it's candy. Seriously. In this thread, I will be copying and pasting some of the points I have made from the original removed post. I will be highlighting warnings in orange along with highlighting key points in bold.

Earlier today, a skyblock member accidentally typed using all caps and then said oops. Few seconds later, he/she got [color=#dd9323]warned[/color] for this. Two skyblock members went on and agreed this was very strict and one said [b]"This server is based off fear"[/b] and "I'm scared of touching my keyboard after being [color=#dd9323]warned[/color]" (Not the exact quotes.)

Following my permanent mute, [b]Tucker warned me for "exposing staff commands" which is not in the rules at all. Message me not to do so and if I continue then [color=#dd9323]warn[/color] me. Not [color=#dd9323]warn[/color] me and assume it's a rule.[/b] Just throwing this out here the command was /vanish and I asked, "Why are you in /vanish Tucker?" *I said this because he was typing with other players* Who cares if /vanish is told in the chat? It's a common known command and only staff can use it, who cares?

One of those [color=#dd9323]warnings[/color] was me "abusing color chat." Everytime I typed, I would have a color before it because it looked nice. I later got [color=#dd9323]warned[/color] after tucker told me not to, which is not a rule on the list he provided. Proof leading towards this;
