  1. Grand Prairie police please investigate driver who ran me off the road yesterday
  2. Suspect license plate Texas GDN-8880, light grey color vehicle four doors.
  3. Date is Tuesday, June 27, 2017 – approximately 2:30PM Central Time (the date and timestamp on the video was incorrect)
  4. Camera was wide angle, objects were a lot closer in real life than they appear on video.
  5.
  6. Narrative Description: As I, complainant driver, was driving down Interstate-20 going East bound direction and still in Grand Prairie of Tarrant County, I was aware of a large 18-wheeler truck to my left, slightly behind me but moving faster than me, in the lane on my left. I had just successfully completed the merge into the left lane, as the lane on the right came to an end and the two right most lanes came together as one single lane.
  7.
  8.
  9. Directly in front of me was a dark sedan, and moments later, a tan colored van changed lanes and shifted behind the dark sedan that was directly in front of me and the tan colored van became the vehicle directly ahead of me at this point.
  10.
  11.
  12. Then suddenly, out my rear view mirror I see a new vehicle dash out of absolutely nowhere. He was not behind me at any other point in time. He comes at me with great speed, and realizing that there is a large 18-wheeler truck to my left, a slow moving tan van that had just moments earlier gotten in front of me, and that the 18-wheeler truck was going to pass both the van directly in front of me and the dark sedan in front of him, with the new suspect vehicle that just came out of no where and was going at such a high rate of closure that it was beyond a reasonable doubt his intent to pass me or force his way past me, I was left with no other choice than to be forced off the road and into the shoulder on the highway at highway speeds to avoid getting slammed from behind by the fast moving suspect vehicle.
  13.
  14.
  15. This was not a "merging" incident because at the point the suspect vehicle (TX GDN-8880) had first become visible in my rear view mirror both my car and his car were already past the point where the lanes would have merged. We were not going parallel and side by side, in point of fact the suspect vehicle was well behind me at that point. He wasn't even visible until the moment he came out of nowhere, likely he was in the left lanes of the highway, thought it was going too slowly, decided or thought he spotted an opportunity or opening in the right lanes and wanted to use that was a "cut" to get ahead of the congestion, his field of view would have been blocked by the large 18-wheeler truck, and possibly it wasn't until he swiped his car all the way to the right across all four lanes on the highway and gotten behind and then to the right of the 18-wheeler truck that he finally realized his predicament, but instead of choosing to slow down he forced his way past my car, putting me in direct harm and danger by effectively forcing me off the road, and then cut in front of the 18-wheeler truck with a close shave, barely almost missing striking the tan van ahead of him, and then subsequently continuing to drive in the same reckless manner by forcing his way all the way back to the left most lane of the highway just moments later.

  18. Date is Tuesday, June 27, 2017 – approximately 2:30PM Central Time (the date and timestamp on the video was incorrect)
  19.
  20.
  21. Location is Going East bound on Interstate 20 past the EXIT 454 signage but before the “TCC SE Campus EXIT 453B” sign. This occurred in Grand Prairie, Texas, but in Tarrant County.
  22.
  23.
  24. The suspect vehicle license plates are GDN-8880 but not a high confidence reading due to the rapid delta V of the suspect vehicle passing with extreme proximity and speed. May have been GDH as opposed to GDN, and the last four numbers could any variation of 8880, 8888, 85**, 885*, and or 8***.
  25.
  26.
  27. Vehicle is 4 door, and color appears to be light grey.
