Instruction
1.  Install the program (ProxySwitcherStandard.exe), do not run it (remove all check marks at the end!)
2. Copy the file ProxySwitcher.exe in the installation folder C :/ Program Files / Proxy Switcher and replace
3. Add those lines hosts
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts
127.0.0.1 69.64.92.116
127.0.0.1 proxyswitcher.com
127.0.0.1 http://proxyswitcher.com
