Brown Only

Can only wear brown items (rules, copied from Greyscale Ironman)
    - Allow myself to do any quest that requires me to wear non-brownitems
    - If the majority of an item is brown, it is okay to wear.
    - Allow access to non-brown tools, but can't wear them.
    - Teleportation jewelry/items are okay to use as long as I do not wear or gain any benefit (besides teleportation) from them

I think Barrow armor is debatable [Besides weapons (although Karil's Crossbow and Ahrim's staff definitely allowed)].
	- Consensus seems to be the barrows armor is brown/olive mix.

I think Fremennik helmets should be allowed (Besides Neitiznot)
