No spamming
No personal attacks
No flaming
No blank posts
Don’t abuse the /me command
Don’t automatically /ignore

On kicks and bans:

Give a warning
Kick next
Ban after second warning
2 day ban
If internet fails, OP can kick disconnected user
If you kick, give a legit reason
OP can kick themselves

On OP:

OP cannot /ignore
Ban at last measure
If AOP are gone/inactive, pass to DSM or Drakky
