If you use Firefox the recommended browser for here,  you cna get the latest stable build either x86 or 64 from here;http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/mozilla_firefox_57.html
I also suggested cleaning out your caches and one of the best freewares is ccleaner, form here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/ccleaner_standard.html

It got deleted.

Also in Firefox disable some extensions that can cause problems,  like the default ad-blocker.
That stopped the freezing of the browser.
I have today twice still got when one draws back the cue, it automatically releases and the ball trickles.
I also on break have the cue disapear.

Happens only in 9-ball pool.

Hope some of my suggestions help.
I don't come across any 90% players, usually the highest was 79%.
There are also a lot of aimer users,  I tend to notice them as they never draw back the cue and their pots are dead centre.
