  27. A group of industry representatives led by Philip Rosenthal met with the Hannover Trade Fair company (Hannover Messe). Their aim was to draw attention to particularly well-designed industrial products. In doing so, they wanted to communicate the importance of design and all it can achieve: for users, for brands and for societies. A new image for German products began to take shape. Fitting then that the resulting association was first known as 'Die gute Industrieform e.V.’ (Good Industrial Form). The name Industrie Forum (or iF for short) came later.

  47. How do you meet tough deadlines? Tell me about a time you completed great work under pressure.
  48. I had an app I worked on for a client. The days until a milestone was due shrank from a month to a week fast as it was one of my first apps I was set on publishing. I dedicated myself to it for the client near the end at 12 hours a day! Through some hard debugging sessions, some energy drinks and some concentration I was able to present it a day before he was to present it to his investor.
  49. Tough deadlines mean I have to act tough. I work under pressure as stresses as anyone else but wont stop until I finish my set objective.

  52. Tell me about your experience working remotely. What do you feel is important to make sure the work gets done efficiently?
  53. I have worked through Built Broken Studios remotely. Using a website called github I am able to push new updates to their website and confirm the changes with them via their note system. I feel that the most important factor to make the work gets done efficiently is communication. I keep in contact with them every week through a group voice application.

  55. Walk me through your portfolio. Which pieces are you most proud of, and why?
  56. I have multiple projects that I have worked on for myself and others. My projects are made through Adobe Products such as Illustrator, Animate and Dreamweaver. My first large scale project was called Public Desktop later renamed "Project: Desktop". I started working on it in early 2015 and it has become my finest piece of work. In it, I have a 3d background with a transparent customizable UI that takes over your desktop. It's main function is to bring the modern net to your desktop though filesharing, web embedding and a feature I have made called "Space" that allows the user to create and navigate to other user's spaces. Spaces are like webpages except there can be no coding involved as it is all visual adjustments that can be made by the user. Other work includes a few of my other projects called "Elemental Blocks" a 3D game that I started working on last year, "Project: NewsBank" a up and coming website that presents news articles from major news outlets in a timeline with a smooth UI, and Built Broken Studios. A website for a small software company based in ohio. I have all these projects featured with preview images on their new website I have been working on for them on my website at http://sfxworks.net
  57. The mobile application that I mentioned is currently under an NDA and cannot be described or featured at this time.
  58. I am proudest of "Project: Desktop" due to the many hours I brought myself to dedicate to it and how well it turned out from a concept in my head to the state that is in today.

  61. I would imagine working with you all at least throughout the rest of the year as I have been looking for long term work. I can work as long as necessary. The idea of this turning into a remote to office location is attractive so I would not mind working longer.
