- Sumo Fighter for Game Boy
- Goal - beat the game (easy)
- Begin on selecting easy, end on beating the 2nd boss of 5-3
- There are infinite continues that put you at the start of the level, you do not need the passwords
- Controls:
- A - Jump
- B - Slap
- Down - crouch
- Down + A - stomp which stuns and hurts enemies
- Up + B - throw fist (if you have the powerup, indicated by arrows in bottom left)
- Double tap direction - dash
- Double tap direction + A - dash jump, goes slightly higher than normal jump (important)
- Double tap direction + B - flying headbutt
- Start - pause to level up screen
- Notes:
- Break blocks to find hidden items, such as health and experience points
- When you hit the experience amount needed to level up, pause and select an attribute to level up. You can choose either hand, foot or heart. Hand increases attack, heart increases max health by 1, foot increases power of stomp. Don't bother with foot. Stomp is really only useful for bosses
- You may find a hidden mini-game. Two of your three choices will be minigames, one is a bummer which does nothing. They may seem slow but give a ton of experience which will make the rest of the game much easier, especially getting them early. You can finish out the minigame or lose on purpose when you have won what you feel is enough
- You will be tempted to dash jump everywhere and enemies will spawn on your head. This will be your fault.
- In vertical levels, the screen does not scroll back down. As soon as you scroll a platform off screen that area will kill you, so beware.
- When you die you lose all experience you have gained if you haven't gotten enough to get a new level. Spend your exp as soon as you can
- If an enemy drops a skull, do not touch it at all costs. It will make you lose a level!
