- This kind of "partial movement" will be blamed on "video compression" and we will be told some nonsense about "pixel prediction" etc. I've come across that "damage control" numerous times in the past.
- However - what we see is what we can expect to see during a so-called "morphing frame". I don't like that the term "morphing" has been put "out there" by "them" because it now feels like a trap/bait.
- And so I would prefer to use a different term such as a "blending frame". You have *two separate clips* and the person in the clip is assumed in more or less an identical position.
- If you play the two clips together - it will be noticeable. So what happens is you have some intermediate frames that take us from the first clip's end frame to the second clip's start frame.
- Those intermediate frames are the "morphing frames" but as I say - I am averse to using that term.
- Blending frames is *more accurate* - because we are not morphing between two completely different videos.
- I have some software that does this kind of thing. At some point I will probably need to shoot some footage of someone standing as two distinct clips and then "cleverly stitch them together" to demonstrate what I mean.
- I don't know how they are doing what they do but if what we see is a series of briefer zero gravity segments that are being cleverly stitched together *then this is the kind of "anomaly/defect" we can expect to routinely see.*
- Those "blending frames" would then be given some kind of "masking glitch" so that a normal person dismisses what they see ("doubt suppression training").
- "Normal people" would - by and large - be powerless to even notice these things except for the major occurrences (like the bizarre "eye blink"). That is because "normal people" - by and large - have an IQ of barely average and are not observant people. They put all of their faith and trust into "experts" like "NASA" and "Jeff C".
- If what I have described is accurate then that is the reason we can see hour-long "ISS tours" and thirty minute "ISS interviews" but not ever three minutes of somersaults.
- *It would be POSSIBLE to create a three minute somersault video but to do it just once would create an EXPECTATION OF DOING IT AGAIN.*
- That is why I think we see plenty of the "astronauts" standing about (sometimes motionless like a "cobra" as "Tim Kopra") but never a good solid ten minutes of undeniable zero gravity where a person is in motion.
- Anyway! It is very good that you are making these posts. Please do loop in my username (and all of our usernames) so that we are all on the same page and aware of the same things.
- If you loop in my username you can be guaranteed that (at some point!) I'll see it - but if you don't then there is a chance I won't. In general I am *very swamped* these days and feel bad that I can't keep up with everything as I'd like!
