1. Shipping:
I'm based in the UK and will ship every Monday and Thursday using Yodel. If your order is before 5pm on those days, it will be shipped that day. I am happy to ship internationally using Royal Mail Tracked - just DM me in advance so I can calculate postage costs for you, as international shipping prices are listed at the maximum for that weight otherwise.

1.1 Yodel
I recommend downloading the Yodel app, as this will allow you to set your safeplace/preferred neighbour for if you're not in, and also you will be able to see the delivery photo (in case you can't see where the parcel has been dropped off!)

2. Returns:
Happy to accept returns if I've made a genuine error, though also able to give a partial refund if that's preferred.
I won't accept returns for sizing issues and instead encourage you to ask me if you need further measurements not listed.

3. Security:
I film the packing process from inspection to sealing up the package/ adding mark over the seal, and will keep this footage for the 30 days required by Depop. This ensures that if your item is tampered with, we can trace it to the shipping company.

4. Offer & Bundles
I prefer to keep prices firm for the first 1-2 weeks of upload, but I may accept if it's only a few pounds off. Past then, I'll likely accept offers down to 20% off depending on the item. I may accept lower if you ask kindly as I'm softhearted and I want you all to be happy >⩊<
Bundle Discount: Yeah! 10%-20% depending on the items- just message me!

5. Holds / Reserves
I'm happy to do a 24 hour hold for a first time customer, and a 2 week hold for a repeat customer. Repeat customers also can have a discount. Just message me first about any of this!

6. Cleanliness:
All items are inspected and washed/steamed for hygiene and to remove wrinkles (though sometimes it may get wrinkled again when I store it lol). I try my best to remove stains before listing, but will factor stains into the price if I'm unable to. I also will darn all holes because I like sewing ദ്ദി(˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)

7. Handmade:
I price my handmade items to cover materials for future projects as I've only been sewing since Christmas. Please keep this in mind if you make an offer because it's an expensive hobby haha.

8. Dating Items:
I try my best to research and date items accurately to the decade (or year if possible), but if I make a mistake, please do let me know as I don't want to mislead people!

9. Who is the character?
That's my OC from back when I was a full time streamer! (lol)
All the artwork is fanart I've received from viewers, so please don't use it as this is still my branding that I'm carrying forwards. I'm too (chronically) unwell to stream nowadays but I'm glad I could take her with me to another platform. If you recognise me, say hi!

9.1 Where is the camisole from?
It's a Gilly Hicks camisole! It's a sister brand of Abercrombie and Fitch/Hollister. All 3 have camisoles like this. Similar brands also include H&M, Primark, Red Herring, Tezenis, Superdry, M&S and any older brand that was around during the 2000s. Searching for 'Y2K lace camisole' will yield similar results. I'll also occasionally upload camisoles in this style as well c:

9.1. Future of the shop:
