- It's June 9th! As you most certainly know, that is the last day of school. Thus meaning that there are no more days of school in this school year after today. Over the summer, Dylan will be working on refining his many Secret Krabby Patty Formulers and making the BLIMP system more efficient for finances.
- He would very much appreciate it if a certain Mr. Rabin would email a list of the students that will be enrolled in his Orchestra classes and Chorus classes. If there are other classes Mr. Rabin wants Dylan to manage, send those names as well. Mr. Rabin should be sure to separate the orchestra student names and the chorus student names and the other classes student names. The capitalization is irrelevant because Dylan has a Rabin-grammar-proof robot. However, they all should be in either "<last>, <first>" order OR "<first> <last>" order, NOT both or mixed. Multiple word names and hyphenated names are supported. EACH NAME MUST HAVE ITS OWN LINE WITH NO INTERRUPTIONS OTHER THAN CLASS HEADINGS.
- If a student is in two classes, Rabin should keep their names separate for each class. If any student has special fair share conditions, he should include that at the END OR BEGINNING of the email in a human readable form (exceptions are manually entered). Charms is not updated. If it should be, either Mr. Rabin will have to do it or he will have to give Dylan the permissions to do it.
- Unless instructed not to, Dylan will periodically email Mr. Rabin with updates if he changes the spreadsheet, and he will definitely email him for updates to Charms. Dylan requests that Mr. Rabin PLEASE not attempt to use the spreadsheet because Dylan will not be enabling the Rabin-proofing during the working summer. Dylan invites Mr. Rabin to open the file and look around, but not to touch anything, EVEN IF it looks weird or wrong UNTIL Dylan says he is done and pending review.
- Dylan reserves the right to restrict any and/or all of the permissions associated with Mr. Rabin's admin code within the spreadsheet to protect data, formulas, and security.
- Any questions/emails should be directed to Dylan at [email protected]!
