Kin leaves permanent marks with her senbons in FFA.
Madara's Ultimate Susano'o has a chakra regen bug.
If Madara uses Wood Prison then uses susano'o, the bind is permanent.
Madara, when spored in Ultimate Susano'o, gets bugged. He cannot hit or jump.
Kiba's tunneling fang still does not teleport him to teammates, it just freezes him in place.
Kiba's Wolf Fang does not work even when he is above 60 chakra.
Haku's medicine does not work.
Adult Sasuke still has the icon/intang bug that's linked to his fake death, his icons goes off position and he is able to phase through projectiles and characters.
Itachi's Fireball Genjutsu lasts longer than its CD, which can make an infinite trip stun, gen combo.
Blindness Genjutsu got the same buff as Uchiha's blindness which is too damn OP to not be able to see ANYTHING for about a minute.
Zabuza's mist also has the same effects as Uchiha's blindness which makes everything worse, it also causes an icon bug for players at times.
Shino's 2 needs an accuracy buff, a Tobi with 80 rfx dodged it 3 times in a row.
Shino's 5 teleports him to a random spawn (like burning illusion) instead of the last enemy with a beetle.
Kurenai's #1 is fine but when the petal pile disappears she cannot make a new clone, she just tries to teleport to nothing.
Kurenai's #4 is fine, but it bugs her and causes her to be immortal.
Kurenai's passive is fine, but she doesn't get stuck in place for 10 seconds like she should and it's basically another life in combat.
If Hidan gets hit with his Madness active, the CD is reset.
Hidan's icon doesn't change when he casts #1 and if it hits someone they are perma binded and his scythe still phases through them and doesn't disappear.
Rock Lee is still broken damage wise.
Rock Lee Drunken Fist Rage has no CD.
Rock Lee can go gates for about 4 seconds without any fury.
Might Gai's Morning Peacock lasts forever until he gets hit.
Jirobo can still mvove and jump while charging his dome, which combined with it's bind effects and range make it even more annoying.
Another thing is that using Kimmimaro's 5 while in cursemark causes infinite CD.

Also I recommend slightly nerfing the ammount of fury Jirobo can get so fast, especially when this is abused on walls because CS Jirobo is so OP with AoE rocks and fast charge dome and you can easily get him in 5 seconds by getting damaged off of a wall.
The amount of chakra Kisame take per hit is ridiculous, can it be nerfed down to like 10 or 15 chakra per hit?
