- Alright, so let's take the one you posted before;
- - Brave Bird
- - Mean Look
- - Snore
- 1 Mean Look
- 1 Snore
- 5 Astonish
- 9 Psywave
- When Pajantom hatches, it first learns the move at the start of it's LU movepool (Brave Bird). It then learns Mean Look, and it then learns Snore. Then it attempts to learn Mean Look again (but it doesn't since it already *has* Mean Look), and then Snore is the same. Thus, it's starting moves on hatching would be Brave Bird, Mean Look, and Snore.

- Now let's look at the one I posted.
- - Brave Bird
- - Mean Look
- - Snore
- - Astonish
- - Psywave
- 5 Astonish
- 9 Psywave
- In this case, Pajantom hatches and learns Brave Bird. Then it learns Mean Look, then it learns Snore, then it learns Astonish. Then it tries to learn Psywave. However, Pajantom already has 4 moves at this point, listed like this:
- Brave Bird ; Mean Look ; Snore ; Astonish
- So what Pajantom does is it deletes the move at the top of the list, and then learns the move, thus giving you
- Mean Look ; Snore ; Astonish ; Psywave

- The Heart Scale moves don't have to be unique, but you *do* need 4 unique moves at Level 0 *after* a heart scale move in order for it to work as intended.
- (Yes it's picky. Welcome to movepools, the flavour step basically designed for picky computer scientists like myself :P)
