Tonkotsu Ramen

Hello its Kinoshita Yuuka
today I will be eating instant ramen I bought from my trip to Okinawa. it is a tonkotsu (pork) ramen made from special Okinawan pork. and today I'll eat 5 packs of this!
I also bought rafute (braised pork bellies) and I will use it as a topping to my ramen today, also 5 of these eggs.... I kinda screwed up when I was cooking them, they're very runny so I will add them without cutting them
also green onion and bean sprouts and some vegetables will be added
mmm looks pretty good I will warm it up
I'll only be using 1 pack of sauce

the rafute smells so good

it looks pretty delicious I will weigh it. its 3.6kg <subtracting the weight of the plate> its 2.7kg

yesterday I had tonkotsu instant ramen as well
I don't get tired of tonkotsu ramen <I'm guessing couldn't quite distinguish what she said>
mmm its got the nice piggy aroma of tonkotsu making it really in your face about how tonkotsu this tonkotsu ramen is. its Oishii!
I'll eat this rafute Oishii desu! I know I ate the rafute the other day but on this tonkotsu the taste really comes alive.

in Okinawa a lot of dishes were prepared using pork and since I love pork... I was very happy
it was only 3 days I wanted to stay there longer for like a month and I didn't get to set foot in or swim in the ocean either... I really really wanted to try scuba diving and see the fishes underwater

I will add some rice to the soup I have 600g leftover so in it goes

eating it like this is so good. you know what.... I never usually have leftover rice lol when I make it I usually just finish it all off right away
