This record was written by the missing historical scholar Xavier Tallarn and was found in the quarters of the former Kamen Rider Shadow Dancer, also known as Jessie. Her whereabouts are unknown at this time and she is to be considered a high priority target.  ---

The Lost God of the Fae by Xavier Tallarn

Many know of the gods that reign over our world, the Goddess of Shadows, The God of Light and Order, The God of Death, so on and so forth but in my studies I have found some evidence of the existence of a lost god, a god that once led the courts and various orders of the Fae. The Fae have long since been mortal enemies of the church of Light and Order and I've long since wondered why, especially after going through some of the oldest records in the church and finding nothing about how this hatred began. Despite the warnings and rules dictated by the church, I've decided to go forth into the realms of the Fae and find out for myself and what I learned was...shocking at best, absolutely world-changing at worst.

Long ago, there was no god of Light and Order, what was instead was the god most favored by the being who resides over the gods, the Almighty One. A god that represented Change, Concepts, the very essence of what made a fae a fae. A jovial god who's form constantly shifted and changed based on their own whims and desires. They created the Fae and organized the courts and orders that all Fae now follow and in the past, Fae and Humans lived in relative harmony. That was....until the gods above grew jealous of their sibling being their father's favorite. Fae are based on concepts and with enough work, these concepts can change and their god was no different, so they sought to change the god from the inside out and through trickery, treachery, and unholy rituals, the gods succeeded and as such the God of Light and Order was born. Their father, the almighty one, took great offense to what their children did to their sibling and left this realm, disgusted by what they had done.

This led to the Fae's hatred of the church and in turn, a hatred of the humans who assisted their gods in doing this to their beloved creator but...allegedly this change was not permanent and every thousand years, the god of the fae would revert back to his original form. This...makes me realize something. In the church we have enforcers and fighters known as the Kamen Riders who uphold Justice and protect the public from all that's evil but every thousand years they all band together to fight the "God of Shadows and Chaos" that appears on the dot. Knowing what I know now...I believe the church has been hiding this from the public all these years in an effort to exert control over the populace and the gods themselves are in on this. Unfortunately, this now means that I cannot leave the realms of the fae, for fear of what the gods and the church will do to me should they find out what I now know. I am sending a copy of this to my trusted friend in the Kamen Riders and can only hope that she will be able to find what else the church is hiding and expose it.
