>Has lost her voice entirely
>Take her to the vet to try and determine a course of action
>Little fluffy hates the vet
>Squirms out of your arms any chance she gets
>Finally get called into Vet's office
>Vet examines fluffy's throat
>"... What the hell are you feeding this thing?"
>Turns out fluffy pony has been eating the sand from her sandbox
>Has grazed her throat so much, she can't speak.
>Fluffy looks at you and shrugs sheepishly
>You know what she's trying to say
