BACKGROUND — Miyeon was born and raised two a pretty average family in Busan, South Korea. Her family is complete with her two very supportive parents, and her super fun but sometimes annoying older brother. Nothing too tragic has ever happened, and she's thankful and glad about that. When she was 11 (internationally), she became a trainee at YG Entertainment and was one of the youngest trainees at the time. However when she was 15 (internationally) she decided to stop her training with YG in order to focus on her studies more, but that didn't stop her from practicing her singing, dancing, and rapping skills. Because of her continuous practicing, she dances and sings very well now. Her rapping may not be as good as her dancing and vocals, but she is doing her best to improve. She may not have a company, but she promises to give her 100% in everything she does in the competition.

PERSONALITY —  Miyeon isn't a shy person, in fact she's super extra. She pretty much has no shame and isn't afraid to do or say embarrassing things. If you tell her to dance like a squid in public, she will do it because she hates being called a coward and because it'll be fun to her. She isn't afraid to speak her mind and express her opinion. She doesn't like complicating things too much and prefers to just get straight to the point. Miyeon has a tendency to insult someone back if they even try to insult her. She even 'roasts' someone if she just feels like it. This is the reason why her fans and even the other contestants call her "Savage-Yeon". Yes, Miyeon may seem like an intimidating person when you first meet her, but she really is a warm-hearted person. She makes friends easily and makes people feel welcome in new surroundings. Once you get to become a really good friend of hers, she would be really comfortable with you. She's a very fun person to be with because of her silliness and lame puns. Miyeon has a good fashion sense and she dresses very nicely and presentable. Miyeon always works hard to reach her goal. Whether it be a small thing like organizing her things, or a big thing like becoming the center, she will always work hard and do her best.
