- Since I've been speedrunning again, I've decided to turn on my stream once more! Now, don't get too terribly excited. I won't be using a camera or mic... ever. Just my little avatar, game footage, and splits. That's it. I might chat a little, too. I'll still acknowledge anyone who pops in to say hi like I always have.
- I stopped streaming because it felt overly stressful and I didn't enjoy it anymore. I put a lot of time, effort, and resources into it but wasn't getting the results I was looking for. The feeling of obligation to be engaged, talkative, funny, entertaining, etc. at all times wears on a person after a while. Well, I'm removing all of that.
- There's no set days or times I'll be turning it on. When I'm in the mood to sit down and do some runs for a bit, I'll hit that Go Live button. I might stream in the morning, afternoon, or late evening. I might stream multiple times a day. There won't be any set length to the streams. It might be an hour or it might be four hours. Just depends on how long I feel like doing runs at that moment.
- There's no set content, either. I'll be running whatever it is I'm in the mood for at that time. I might stick to one game the whole time or flop around a little across a few titles. Some days, I may just decide to play something casually. It'll be like a box of chocolates!
- It'll just be a kick back, relax, and enjoy the show kinda thing. Something to just zone out to when you've nothing better to do or listen while you work. Maybe feel a little hype along the way if I PB. If people pop in to say hi, great. If not, that's fine, too. I'm already not chatting with anyone while I speedrun offline, anyway. I've got nothing to lose.
