[08:13:15] CwasCard: If he does not FIGHT for that day, 1% of that power becomes permanent.
[08:13:31] CwasCard: But however, since the gov knows about this quirk
[08:13:38] CwasCard: They limit how much food he can buy in a week
[08:14:26] CwasCard: Could I keep muscle augment, but as I said, it's weak until he gets some sustainable power? All of his powers can be "knocked off" except Shock Absorption.
[08:15:03] CwasCard: And Muscle augment could scale horribly with that 1% of that kept power?

How Muscle Augment Works

[08:16:17] CwasCard: He'd shift some of his mass into the certain part he'd want to augment.
[08:16:27] CwasCard: The more mass he has, the more he's able to shift.
[08:16:40] CwasCard: However, as shifting does not mean making more
[08:16:55] CwasCard: The part he decided to "feed" with that shift, a certain body part shrinks
[08:17:04] CwasCard: Until he shifts back to normal size.
[08:17:12] CwasCard: Also, as it's mutant, he's always goo.

Limitations
[08:17:40] CwasCard: Exhaustion would be a good one, as food comas.
[08:17:54] CwasCard: And he can't fight well if he's hungry.
[08:20:11] CwasCard: Also, for that 1% to absorb, he has to at LEAST eat half his body weight in a day
[08:20:24] CwasCard: So it becomes harder and harder to gain power as he becomes bigger.
[08:20:39] CwasCard: So unless he breaks the government, he has a set size.
