- The Elders- A race of immortal and immensely powerful beings that rule their own realm outwith the real plane, they used to come down and were revered as gods, even going so far as to grant a little of their own power to a select few individuals, creating the first sorcerers. These sorcerers still roam today, though there are still few of them. These beings also taught the first magic, this basis of magical power still being taught to present day. The elders no longer come to this realm for currently unknown reasons, but legend says that they will return come the fulfilling of the Great Prophecy.
- Hevellyn- The great mountain in the centre of Lordan, it used to be heralded as the bridge between the real realm and the Elder's Plane, though that bridge closed long ago, even during the time when the Elders still visited. It still however holds great significance, a great monestary once being located at it's peak, though it has long since fallen into disuse. It's climbing is now banned by King Rickard for officially classified reasons, but rumours are around that there was mystical disturbances at it's peak.
- The Great War of Hevellerdiryk- Taking place roughly 376 years ago, this war was so monumental it's ending heralded the new age of humans, starting the new calender. It was fought between the two empires of the Humans (Lordrern) in the south, and the Elves (Oltermg) in the north. The war lasted for decades and resulted in an estimated two million deaths, which was close to half the continents population. Elvish civilisation was; thought fairly primitive; very expansive and influential, but it's leaders were consistently upset with the control humans had over the south, so began it's invasion of human land. Even early on in the conflict the elves commited great war crimes against human fighters and civilians alike, pushing them back to close outside Harrow. Here the Lordrern forces held their last stand, managing to regain resolve and pushing the Oltermg forces back over the course of a few years. Near the end of the conflict, the Oltermg forces were cornered in their capital of Vindyak (Now Greenwich) and a peace treaty was drawn up, giving all of the elvish lands to the humans but granting the last of the elves life. Despite their promises, the Lordrern King cast out all of the elves from his cities, forcing them into forest and mountain settlements where they stay to this day. The still ruling Harron family keeps good care to enforce the knowledge that the elves are a savage race undeserving of human civilisation.
- Jhintr Travels- In roughly the year 236 by Dwarven records a group of Jhintr travelers landed on Murdrorn shores near what is now the town of Widrin, and began to form small civilisation. Unbenown to the settlers a monument of great significance to Dwarven history was in the nearby woods, and the activity nearby did much to anger the dwarven populace. A series of fights broke out between the Dwarves and the Jhintr, ending in the desimation of the settlers but not before the monument was destroyed.
- The Hilderyt Invasion- In the north of Si'r there was once a small settlement located by a tiny oasis named Rer'd, and did well for itself. In the year 183, reports came from Uralit and Hep'ay Goste of spontaneous black clouds and rumbling from the area of Rer'd. Scouting parties reported an enormous portal chasming above the village, the entire area covered in a black cloud. The sand began to blacken and spread out, all nearby parties returning to their homes in terror. Later reports have confirmed the existence of a massive castle where the town once was, but nothing further has happened and the ruling parties of Sindrya, Balalyuk and Uralit all advise travelers to avoid the area, and sailors to avoid the sea as well after reports of monsters in the deep waters.
