Pokemon Red/Blue Custom Starter 0000 challenge

Hello, I've decided to issue a routing challenge for Pokemon Red and Blue's official custom starter rom. Rom patching instructions are given here: https://github.com/Arcaseriam/pokered-custom-starter/blob/master/PATCHES.md

The prize will be $100, plus any additional donations to the prize pool. The prize will be given to the fastest run that complies with the rules below, and the winner can be paid over Paypal or Venmo. Here are the rules:

1. Standard rules for the Custom Starter runs will apply. For the full list of game and category rules: https://www.speedrun.com/pkmnrbyext#Custom_Starter_RedBlue

2. Runners must set each of their starter's DVs to 0 before starting the run.

3. You may not use Mewtwo or Dewgong as your starter. I have reason to believe that they would be the fastest and second fastest options (respectively), so they'll make the challenge less competitive if they're allowed.

4. Runs must be livestreamed on Twitch. Submissions must be Twitch Highlights.

5. Runs can be submitted by DMing the Twitch Highlight to me, Enderborn, on Discord (Enderborn#6891).

6. The submission deadline is Tuesday, May 4, at 12:00 PM EST.

7. Runners must include footage of setting the game options before the run!
