  1. The mission was an absolute success, though Saifex couldn't help but wonder on the future. Not so much concerning Myrddraal's ascension to potential royalty, but his own ascension to full shift, perhaps even a dragon companion of his own?
  2.
  3. Such bounced around in his mind, especially after a quick revisit to the mission board, but as of now? It was time to resume to typical guard duty. He started to load a bolt into the chamber in advance as he strolled down the street, eyes gearing up for citizens whom passed on by without so much as a double-take upon his figure.
  4.
  5. Eyes were scanning, not upon the casually passing crowd but along the sidelines where more sinister figures were likely to appear. Anything out of the ordinary was to be locked into his sights, and zoned in on, for further investigation.
  6. (Saifex Tsuchi)
  7. In time, he came across the Inn, where he witnessed a poster nailed up against a house's sidewall, it's content prying at the Tsuchi's attention.
  8.
  9. 'Avenge the fallen!' it wrote, likely relevant to the times of the Sin-spawn, reigning destruction and fear through Frostvale, in already troubling times. Saifex, didn't see the true power in this, nor did he find it anything but a publicized nuisance.
  10.
  11. "No one needs this sorta stuff." He remarked, swatting his left free arm at the paper, missing it physically by all accords, yet managing to ignite it, in a flare of flame, leaving it to wither away into tangled ashes before his eyes.
  12. The expression upon his visage remained stoic, as he re-continued his wandering off-road, and around the Inn, where more signs of disruption turned up.
  13.
  14. Surprisingly enough, there wasn't any ink-graffiti on the walls as he came to expect, hinted by the mission board he read prior.
  15. Just more papers, some of which already fallen from the wall he passed over on his right side. One by one, he flicked his hand in the direction of each one in particular, honing his practice on pin-point accuracy at close range. None were excluded from this work, including those by his feet, and some of which still perched on the wall-side, baring various messages.
  16.
  17. 'Marriage Without Consent' read another he scanned over, and 'Dragon Slayer' read yet another, but he didn't bother with stuff he already knew. This was all simply an excuse to stir up trouble as far as he was concerned.
  18. The flames he conjured left the scene swarmed with shreds of scorched debris, dancing through the air in a peaceful blitz, embers intertwined with their likes illuminated the scene, drawing attention from a source Saifex failed to notice at first. A rock stroke him across the head, forcing him to flinch, prior to glaring down at the perpetrator.
  19.
  20. Though, to his dismay, it was more than a single individual, but a sizable mob chanted onward by a single man standing above them, likely on a stool for the support. Of course, this person was a Drakanite, boasting his impurity from the looks of it. Saifex brought his left hand up to his face immediately feeling out the spot that was struck, to feel the warmth of the sanguine fluid spilled from his forehead. Anger trickled in, and soon enough he was finding himself with the internal struggle to not take this individuals down, like the direwolves that found the misfortune of finding a bolt sinking into their flesh.
