When I think of what that brute did I get a little tense. But I dream a dream so pretty that I don't feel so depressed. 'Cause it soothes my inner kitty and it helps me get some rest. The sound of Simba's dying gasp, his daughter squealing in my grasp, his lionesses' mournful cry. That's my lullaby. Now the past I've tried forgetting and my foes I could forgive. Trouble is, I knows it's petty, but I hate to let them live.

Why should he care anyway? He was trained for battle and could defend himself against any potential threat. However it would be when she would come near him that alarm would raise. Bitter emotions would bleed out of his pores. Darkening the aura around him within seconds. Ears pinned back against his skull, as his lips rose to reveal pearly white canines. Flipping his head back rapidly it all occurred within a few seconds, as he rolled to flash those deep grey pools at her in an aggressive warning. She was coated in various shades of browns, creams and perhaps some black on her back. Dark in tones similar to himself. Although her eyes were much for vivid than his own, green like the many forests that littered this land. His body relaxed as he watched her and he fell back into his lazy, relaxed posture as the woman seated herself. <font color="#7fd8ce">"...Why do you care?"</font> he asked gruffly in response to her questions. Ears twitching as he observed.
